We had been looking for a company to fix our BBQ area for a couple of years now and we cannot say enough about the company we found – Stone Selex in Mississauga. We found Stone Selex in one of the household circulars we received, and can honestly say that from the time we first reached out to them about our situation to the time they completed their works, they were nothing but EXCEPTIONAL. We had renovated the outside of our home a number of years ago and replaced our brick with stucco and natural stone. Unfortunately, the stucco that we had done for the inner side of our BBQ area in our backyard needed resurfacing, and this time we wanted to do it with the same natural stone we had on our house. The company that we had used to renovate our home was no longer in business, so we had been trying for a while to find a company who could do this. We reached out to Stone Selex and spoke to Andrea. We sent her a few pictures of the area and the outside of our house. She very quickly responded with her recommendation of the natural stone (Edenhurst) that would best match our existing stone and a quote for the work. We visited the store to have a look at the stone. Stone Selex has a very large selection of product with a beautifully laid out showroom; very impressive. Karen was so friendly and took the time to show us around while we waited for Andrea. After meeting and talking to Andrea, we could see how professional, caring and committed to her customers she is. She definitely is a hands-on individual and does everything she can to ensure that the job runs smoothly. She even took the time to select the pieces of stone for our BBQ area, and came out on the day of installation to ensure that the installers did exactly what was agreed upon. We had hoped that they would be able to complete the job before Mother’s Day and despite the weather, they did. They found the one day in the week that was perfect to get the job done. The installers were great and kept the area tidy and cleaned up everything. The finished product is absolutely beautiful and we could not have gotten a better match to the rest of our house!
