We wanted to upgrade our homes 22 year old furnace and air conditioner. Jack at Direct Air offered some different price options and we chose based on his recommendations. Very fast and clean work and we are very happy with their service. We have recommended Direct Air to friends and family and they are all pleased with his service.

Well, after realizing that I was in need of a new fireplace I made a few calls then a friend of mine recommended Jack and his team from Direct Air Systems. Jack came out, knew exactly what would work . Couple days later I visited his store with my mom so we could see it working. Just one of the few he had on display . A few days later, his team came and in just a few hours I had this brand new beautiful fireplace! Now to renovate the surround to make it stand out even more! I am extremely happy and totally recommend this Company!

They replaced everything with a short notice and did a professional job in half a day.

We contacted Jack for alternative solutions for the wood stove that we were removing. We decided on a 42” propane unit. Jack said it was in stock and it was. He grabbed it right away from his supplier. He said that it would be installed the day after I confirmed that the site was ready to go. And it was. The day after. Professional install by friendly trades people. These days, it is refreshing to deal with a supplier who does EXACTLY what they say they will do. No excuses, no run-around and no waiting. Recommend to anyone !!

Great company, I had issues with running new white pipe though basement, they worked hard all day into the evening to make sure my furnace was running, then came back 3 days later to finish ac. Friendly and efficient workers, professional in all aspects. Highly recommend. Also had new filter system and humidifier installed plus a cold air return.

Called Direct Air to service an air conditioner that wasn't cooling. Basic service did not remedy the problem and the unit was old so a new unit was recommended. New unit ordered was installed the next business day, quickly, professionally and at a competitive price. New unit works well and the service experience with Jack and his team was great.
