Windows replacement in all house
Update: After seeing this review they sent a guy to fix the caulking issues. He was polite, quick, and did everything he could to make the caulking look good. They also offered 500CAD as compensation (not that bad as the error was not on their end after all). ------ We selected Total Home to change all windows in our home. Windows look good, but the Energy Ratings of most windows are worse than in the quote (in the quote - ER 46, in reality - ER 43). They said that it was Vinyl Pro's (manufacturer's) fault (the Energy Ratings in their system were not up to date) and sent us to them. Why? We signed the contract with Total Home, not directly with Vinyl Pro! Total Home offered no compensation, no re-dos. At first, they were even dismissing the problem by saying "In terms of numbers on stickers you should not refer to the quote but to contract only, which states that all windows will qualify for the higher rebate." There are no ER values on their contract! Also, we still have to fix the window box (not included in this contract), and two contractors who came to estimate laughed at their caulking work. Windows look better than our old windows, but they are not what we agreed upon.

Installed 8 custom windows
I hired total home windows and doors to build and install 8 custom windows Communication and window installation went well until they had to come back to fix something, which they were very vocally disaggreable with, making the rest of the crew a bit uncomfortable and making abit of a scene to be honest Windows are great, just the installer could have been more respectful

Window replacement

Window replacement
When we decided we needed new windows- we went searching rather blindly. We didn't really know what we wanted or what we needed- except that we wanted something that was energy efficient. It took us a while to do our research, but we took the time to do it thoroughly. We had over 5 quotes. We didn't rush into a decision because of the expense. But after a couple of weeks, it was a no-brainer. No one else came close to the features these guys have. We're so happy with everything. The entire process was smooth and easy, the project manager Eugene was really informative, he knew his stuff, and really took the time to make sure we understood everything and that made a really big difference to us. Our home and windows looks great. Installation crew was very friendly and professional, they cleaned up everything and show us how new windows are operating. We highly recommended TOTALHOME.

5-star experience with Vitaly from first meeting to the end of the project. We had our home windows replaced. Every aspect of the job was professional, up-front, clear, and all promises delivered! Installer Vasgen was also top in every way. I highly recommend Total!

Windows, front door and patio door replacement
I arranged 3 on site quotes and went with Total Home. Their price was very competitive and Vitaly was a straight shooter, offering practical suggestions and advice. I am SO happy I went with them. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Vitaly, and then Vazgen and his install crew. The job was very well done, they were punctual, communicative and they left the job site clean. Amazing people, great work.

Highly recommend using
Vitaly, our project manager, and his installation crew Said and Eugene were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We have a 20 year old home that needed all windows replaced. They did an incredible and clean job. Makes the house look much richer and updated. Communication with them was easy and they were responsive immediately to questions. Excellent customer service. The prices were extremely competitive. I wouldnt look elsewhere. I recommend them fully.
