Vitaly was refreshingly straightforward and honest in his sales presentation and instilled in us a great deal of confidence. The installers, Edward and Constantine, were meticulous and hardworking and did a beautiful job. We couldn't be happier.

Windows and Doors Replaced
Excellent customer service AND installation. Door and windows look quality. It has considerably upgraded the curbside look of our older East York detached. Vitaly was patient and helpful while we were choosing the product. No doubt he is very knowledgeable and gave us a degree of confidence from the get go. Highly recommended.

Door replacement
Vlad and his team are very professional, handle large item with care around the house. Vlad took extra effort to ensure my door is properly sealed. He custom made the casings just to fit my unique door surroundings. Love his attention to details. I would definitely refer Vlad to my friends and family.

Windows and Kitchen Sliding Door
Great Experience from Start-to-Finish We selected Total Home Windows and Doors to replace our windows after a thorough supplier review. And the bottom line is, what a "Great Experience from Start-to-Finish." It started with Daniel coming out and explaining in detail what Total Home would provide as a service and support in helping us make an informed decision. His patience and knowledge in answering all our questions on numerous occasions made it easy to select Total Home. Great job Daniel. The day of the installation, Vazgen and Tovmas (Thomas), did an exceptional job of installing all the windows and the sliding door.Then they cleaned up, leaving our home spotless. They were highly professional, knowledgeable, friendly and hard-working. They explained what they were doing and made us feel comfortable that we had made the right decision in choosing Total Home. In addition, we were extremely pleased with the high quality of the windows. Overall, we would highly recommend Total Home Windows and Doors. Dawn and JohnJI0762!

Windows
Vitaly from Total Homes spent over 1 hour with me and he was the most honest person Ive met with respect to window replacement. He advised me based on my window issues I was having and this showed that he was not a greedy person and thought of the customer first. I would highly recommend that you call him if you want windows and door replacement.

New windows and front door
We needed all new windows and a new front door for our house. Alex and his team were great from start to finish. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Alex was very patient with showing and explaining to us all our options for not only the windows but the front door too. The installers were great as well. They did an amazing job.
