Reply created 3 Mar 2016Thank you Blanca for reaching us eventually and telling us about the issue with your door. The door has been installed in 2012 and since then we made five attempts (service calls) to resolve the drafting issue with the door. Last attempt was a year ago and we thought that the door has been fixed. We have been moved to another location since we are growing and had to change our email address. This was the reason why you could not reach us. We really stand behind the warranty and as I said we are going to replace the door. However you home is located in the very windy area and we strongly recommend you to build a porch enclosure to prevent from strong winds to reach your entrance. Please be patient, since making painted door is taking 4-6 weeks. As soon as your new door will be ready we will contact you to schedule the installation. Total Home Windows and Doors team.
