We have worked with Chris and his Remodel Construction team over the last eight years, completing four projects. All of the project were completed on budget, on time and to the highest standard of quality. The Remodel Construction team are organized and professional. The job site is kept clean and safe and the team is polite and friendly. We continue to get compliments on the custom cabinetry the Remodel Construction team installed in 2014. Although eight years have passed since the cabinetry was installed, it looks as good and functions as well as it did on day one. We recently had an issue with a skylight installed in 2014. Chris personally contacted the manufacturer in December of 2022 to ensure they repaired the skylight as quickly as possible. Chris and his team stand by their work. We would certainly recommend Chris and the Remodel Construction team.

If you are someone who worries their contractor will disappear for days on end and leave you stranded with questions on timing and completion dates then look no further! Chris and his team did what they said they would do and in the timing promised. I was kept up to date on a daily basis with regular daily check ins from Chris. Very transparent in everything. The crew were extremely professional and kind and I would welcome any of them in my home for future projects. Love the finished product. Everything was done right.. no cutting corners. About 10 months ago, we hired Remodel construction do do a renovation on our house. They converted our basement into a beautiful living space and entertainment area with a wet kitchen, updated our laundry area and completely renovated our main floor kitchen and living space. The team was absolutely amazing and Chris was a pleasure to work with. Their work was high quality and they were extremely respectful of our space and left everything clean and tidy at the end of the work day. Chris was always available and excellent at communicating with us. We could not have been happier with their work! Fast Forward 11 months and we had a small issue with a sliding door. It was a part defect that we couldn't fix. I called Chris and he has one of his team come over the very next day to fix the issue with the door! That was amazing because the door couldn't work until repaired. Chris not only responded quickly but honoured his warranty without any issue at all. I can not recommend this company enough and can't imagine working with anyone else on future home projects. 10 Stars!!!

We had Remodel Construction renovate our kitchen for us. Chris managed all of the trades for us and kept us informed of everything that was going on. All of the people who came into our home were excellent. They took care of our kitchen and us. All of them were personable and did quality work. We are very particular in terms of details and quality of workmanship when it comes to home renovation. In our opinion, this was a more involved installation, using large format tile (2 x 4) with a very bold pattern and a combination of glossy and matt smaller tiles (3 x 10), on all but one wall. We are extremely pleased with the results of our master bathroom renovation by Remodel Construction. Chris is a strong communicator, and consistently responsive to our questions, and needs as well as providing good advice on products and finishes. We were always informed about who was arriving each day and what was to be achieved. His team was friendly, punctual, and hardworking and they communicated with us in how to reduce disruption and in what they were doing and how. It has been a pleasure and we are extremely happy with the workmanship and the attention to detail.

We had 2 bathrooms renovated at the same time by Remodel Construction. Chris (the owner) was with us every step, making himself available when we needed him for questions or concerns and even supplying suggested options for finishing details. His team (Tim, Dexter, and Chris2) were very considerate of our home during the renovation and of our pets, to ensure they did not get out while they were coming and going. They completed the work with precision and care and the results were better than we expected. It is often stated its the little things and with the Remodel crew they took care of those for us and I would not hesitate to use them again on any future project we may have. Thank you guys for a job well done.

The company has provided and outstanding quality service that was completed on time and with clear explanations on how the things were priced and when the various stages would be completed. Chris and his team provided me the constant updates and were always available to speak when I had questions.
