This is the third time weve used Remodel Construction. Weve always had a good experience with them so when we decided to get a new front door, they were our obvious choice. The actual installation took about 3 hours. The installers made quick work of removing our old door and spent time meticulously installing the new one, including the inside trim around the door which had been provided by Chris so that it would match the trim around other doors in the house. The installers even replaced the old aluminum siding above the door with a more modern looking piece. The following day Chris man (the other Chris) came and completed the installation, painting the trim and taking care to make sure it all looked perfect. Everything looks great and we are really pleased. We plan to use Remodel Construction for a future kitchen renovation and would have no hesitation in recommending them for any construction job you may have.

Bathroom Remodeling Project: By Remodel Construction We were extremely pleased with the respect, professionalism and quality of work by Remodel Construction Team in our home. Chris was very honest, clear communication, hard working and proactive, customer-focused from the start. Helpful in selecting the products, advice and was very helpful in guiding us through the entire process. Chriss team members Tim and Chris were friendly, honest, and respectful people. They finished the project on time and ensured the work area was cleaned and meticulous looking before they left. I was most impressed was that they covered the traffic areas with cardboard throughout the pathway to protect our fairly new hardwood floor. Chriss leadership was exemplary he worked closely with his team and we saw him doing hands on work to guide his team and ensure the project was done on time. We were kept actively engaged, the team was collaborative and constantly maintained a two-way communication. Most of all, their focus on quality is second to none. I highly recommend Remodel Construction for your renovation needs and will definitely consider them for our future renovations.

We hired Remodel Construction to replace our old deck, which coincidentally was built by the original owners of Remodel 40 years ago. Chris and his crew Tim, Dex and Josh were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Chris promptly replied to any emails or telephone calls and all our concerns were dealt with immediately. We couldn't be happier with the final result. It was a pleasure to work with Chris and his crew.

Remodel construction is a great company to work with. Chris is very responsive to email and showing up for all appointments. Even if he is going to be a few minutes late he calls which we really appreciated his excellent communication skills. They are a very busy company but well worth the wait. We were scheduled for June of this year but they were able to start in May. All along Chris was great at letting us know the start date. Once the renovation began his team of Tim, Dexter and Josh showed up on time everyday. All areas were protected with stick down plastic or heavy duty paper to keep our existing area flooring protected. Everyday they dropped plastic wall barriers to keep the bedroom sleeping area dust free. Work area tided up everyday. When the project started to have a delay due to one of the sub contractors Chris was able to get everything back on track with some weekend work. The finished ensuite is beautiful. The craftsmanship of the workers is well done. Walls were removed around the original toilet and you wouldnt even know the walls ever existed. The bathroom is much more open now. Beautiful large shower installed, freestanding tub, and large double sink vanity and a new toilet. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them for any remodeling you need done! We recently leased a commercial space for our dance school and we had a bathroom that needed a face lift as well as it needed to be wheelchair accessible. Remodel Construction Company understood the vision and was able to convert our bathroom in less than a week. This company was soo easy to work with. A huge thank you to Chris and the team from Remodel Construction (Tim, Dexter, Chris and Josh) for transforming our dated basement to a warm and welcoming family room. The change is unbelievable. Chris kept us up to date with the progress, changes and decisions that were required throughout the project. They were very respectful of our home and professional in their work and demeanor. Before leaving for the day, the basement was clean and ready the following day. I would not hesitate to recommend Remodel Construction for a basement renovation.

We hired Remodel Construction to redo our main bathroom. This is our second project with them, after doing such a great job last year on a major renovation to our house. Just like last year, we had initial discussions with owner Chris Clarke as to our requirements and he had helpful suggestions to help us make design decisions. The project involved replacing an old vanity with a new one custom made to fit our space. Our old tub and tiled shower was replaced with a new sleek tub/shower with cultured marble walls and ceiling. They also replaced old pot lights, installed all new fixtures, and re-painted the bathroom. The final result was a beautiful new bathroom that we are very happy with. The job was completed in the estimated two weeks, even with unexpected extra work - when some rotting wood (from old leaks) and incorrect wiring was discovered. Chris and his crew are excellent at communicating and consulting with the client on every detail and choice. We have no hesitation in recommending Remodel Construction. Chris and the gang are very pleasant to work with, and their standard of work is consistently excellent.

Chris and his team did such a fantastic job on my bathroom remodel! The bathroom was original to the home, the shower and vanity were old and damaged and it was just not nice at all. Chris (and Chris and Dexter) were amazing! They were so helpful in walking me through my first renovation ever. They explained every step of the process, updated me all the time on the progress and what was next and were just genuinely nice people. They kept everything so clean while they were working and when they finished I think my stairs were cleaner than before they came! Cannot recommend this company enough. Super professional and dependable. Will definitely use them again for future renovations! Thanks so much Chris! I love my new bathroom.

We hired Remodel Construction to finish our basement and we are very pleased with how it turned out. Chris and his team did an excellent job and they were great to work with! We hired Remodel because Chris was open and honest with us about our project from the start. He came to the house to take measurements and provide us with a proper quote and his price was fair and reasonable. (Other companies only provided rough quote by phone) This project also included replacement of our powder room and entrance porcelain tile that we added on partway through the project. My wife and I are both architects and can be fairly particular with the aesthetics. There were a few items that we wanted to change along the way and Chris was able to work with us to make sure we were happy with the outcome. For example, originally, we planned a wood railing/pickets, however we did not like how the detail of the pickets was going to intersect the ceiling. Chris was able to provide us a few options and we were able to change to a heavier looking railing with metal pickets, which was definitely a better choice! Chris and his team have great communication. I was always kept apprised of the schedule and when various trades would be working on the basement. Additionally, Chris was always available to discuss the project at every step. All of our floors were protected while they were working and the work site was left very clean at the end of every day. They also did a great job of controlling the dust during the entire project. We would definitely recommend Remodel Construction and will be giving them a call for our next project.

Chris was both professional and helpful as he guided us start through finish of our home renovation project. He and his team were always on time, effecent and courteous. We're very happy with the end result which was completed on time and has recieved many compliments from neighbors and guests.
