Basement Foundation Wall
Colm was really patient with us, we had a leak happen in March in which he came right away to quote. Though with trying to figure out insurance in which they would cover it put us behind a bit. Summer came and went before we knew it, it was November. We called him to finally come do the wall and he was able to fit it into his busy schedule. In a day it was all fixed with confidence. He even crawled under our deck in the cold to help us with some grading. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy, super knowledgeable and answers questions easily on the task at hand. Excellent work!

Fix the waterproofing around basement windows.
They came rapidly (between two projects) and have done an excellent job. Very meticulous work in an area that requires specific attentions. It will be done for a long time for sure... Many thanks!

Waterproofing the exterior of my house
Colm and his partner did an amazing job. They dug down and exposed the brick fireplace and cement foundation and checked for any holes or cracks. Then they applied cement, a tar like substance and then a type of “board” to the whole area (sorry, I don’t remember the technical terms. Then filled the area back and added grading to make sure the slope drained properly. Colm was absolutely great to work with. Extremely polite and such a hard worker. Absolutely exceeded my expectations. You want this man if you’re in the need of waterproofing.

Basement waterproofing
Based on the site reviews I contacted the actfast waterproofing. Colm came really quickly to assess the job. The work was done in the timeline that was discussed. The crew was very professional, polite and respectful of our property. The price was very competitive. I would definitely choose that company again and therefore highly recommend them.

Basement Waterproofing and Lowering
Act Fast did a wonderful job on our home over the past month taking are of our damp basement. Colm and his team were both receptive to our ideas but were also involved in decision making throughout the project in order to guide us into the best finished product possible. They were very accommodating with project changes - such as waiting for a plumber to replace our major drainage pipes after noticing they were old and leaking. This project has added an entire usable floor to our home thanks to Act Fast Waterproofing. We would recommend them to anyone looking to take care of their damp basement.

Crawl space waterproofing
Highly recommended. They arrived on time and completed the job within the quoted time and left the place neat and tidy after the job was done. The price they quoted us was very reasonable, too.

Basement Waterproofing
Had a great experience having Colm waterproof our basement. From the day he gave the quote to him doing the work, everything was completed in a timely fashion. Colm was very flexible with regards to when to start the work and stuck to the original completion time. Even a week after the work was done, I had a minor concern with a section of the concrete floor. He arrived first thing the next morning and checked it out for me. He gave a thorough description about what was happening in the floor and did a touch up just in case. I am very happy with his service and would definitely recommend his company.
