    Very impressed

    Did internal and external waterproofing for me. Very friendly and professional, and always took extra time to make sure the job was done right. Would highly recommend.

    Best in Birch Cliff

    Colm really knows his stuff. Shortly after I purchased a home in southwest Scarborough, I encountered basement seepage that Act Fast Waterproofing quickly diagnosed and fixed for me with no hassle. I was especially impressed with Colm's knowledge of the neighbourhood and his courteous and consultative approach to doing business.     Basement waterproofing

    Colm at ActFast did the waterproofing for my whole basement (with weeping tile). He was reliable, responsive, and got the job done faster than expected. He was also a pleasure to deal with and the cost was affordable. I highly recommend working with him.

    window well

    Colm personally tackled what was a relatively small task involving a window well with enthusiasm. He took pains to ensure water would not go where it shouldn't and did a great job. I can highly recommend him and his company.

    Interior and exterior waterproofing

    Colm and his crew were the best fit for our project and problem after four other industry consultations. Colm was incredibly knowledgable and innovative when it came to investigating and assessing the various issues in our basement and came up with the best solution. Kind, honest and pleasant to work with, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with ever step and every decision. I would recommend Colm and Act Fast Waterproofing to anyone.

    Internal Basement Waterproof Proofing

    Colm was quick and responsive. He waterproofed half our basement in February 2020 and has held up during the spring rain. In addition Colm provided a 25 year transferable warrantee for his work.

    100 year old basement waterproofing

    Colm was very friendly & pleasant to work with. He and his crew got the job done even quicker than expected and took the time to explain everything they were doing. We had a few concerns afterwards and he went out of his way to come back and check everything and we are very happy with the job now. Thank you!

    Basement interior weeping tile installation

    Sump pump

    Waterproofing

    Colm and his team did a fantastic job. They were great at communicating, friendly and efficient. I have already recommended them to a few friends. We will be using them again at a new property we have moved to.
