Needed to waterproof the back and side of my house (about 30'). Colm was very responsive with all of my questions. The guys made quick work with the job and it looks great. I would hire Colm and his crew again.

Colm is the best contractor I have ever worked with, from the first call, to the first visit, humoring my overly talkative father during the quote and process he's been polite, fast to respond , honest about what should be done and what isn't worth the cost and straight forward with more than fair pricing. I couldn't even get other companies to commit to doing the work this year or commit to a time to come quote the job , Colm was at my house the day after my first call and started work within 2 weeks of me giving the go ahead to the job. Job was done immaculately, job site was left clean, he checked in with me several times throughout the project to confirm where they were progress wise, ask me questions about what we wanted when he ran into choices to make , the work quality was immaculate ( especially the benching to lower the basement ) and worked with my plumber when he found an issue with the outside drain to point out the issue to them, and work with and around them. When the work was done, he provided instructions and a perfectly itemized bill to get rebates for the weeping tile and sump pump from the city If you are looking for waterproofing, this is your guy , I happily have his sign out front of my house, and would recommend him to absolutely anyone who needs any type of waterproofing Cheers

While our basement was quite dry we know that basement waterproofing systems directly fortify the foundation with membranes, any waterproofing system will go a long way in protecting our home against moisture problems. Colm and his team are a dedicated bunch who know their stuff and go out of their way to do what's best for their clients. I got to know Colm from a referral through a local Facebook group and he's always provided his expert insight into waterproofing needs. We recently purchased a new home where the basement was dug low and the dimple board around the house looked off. I asked Colm to come check out our place and he didn't upsell us and provided honest feedback on our home and did some strapping around the house to help maintain the current waterproofing. He was also helpful in referring us to other service contractors for other needs that Act Fast doesn't provide. These days, it's nice to know and have a professional team who is there to provide valuable information and services without feeling the need to spend or improve when it's not needed. We really appreciate Act Fast and their services and hope they are around to help us maintain our homes for a while.

I highly recommend giving Colm a call if you are in need of someone reliable, honest, very knowledgeable and who takes into account your specific basement waterproofing issues that are unique to your situation and house. I had some water seepage coming in through my basement which was occupied with a tenant. I met with a few companies but they were not helpful in finding a solution that didn't result in an exorbitant cost, time to complete the job, and major inconvenience to my tenant.
