I found the company via google; a neighbor had used them at their old home and recommended that I look them up. Yuri answered the phone with haste and was very knowledgeable about my sump problem. Within the hour a plumber was here, polite and not tardy. in about 4 hours the job was not only done but he didn't leave a spec of dust. Generally an unfortunate thing to happen but over all these guys made it here fast with precise work. In my opinion the job is excellent and warranted. very professional.

I called in Dr. Rooter to get a quote to replace the plumbing in our second floor bathroom. A family member that had a good experience working with them highly recommended them. Within an hour Yuriy arrived to take a look and I had a price the same day. We went ahead with the work and we had new plumbing within a few hours and everything works without any issues. Overall, I was impressed with the quick response, the level of professionalism and the fair price. I had called in two other companies for quotes and neither seemed to have those qualities. I highly recommend Dr. Rooter to anyone looking for high quality professional service at a fair price.

This is my 3rd working experience with Oleg and his crew. Having an older home that is requiring some maintenance where plumbing is concerned I am pleased to know that I have a company that is reliable, competitive in pricing and does a great job. Oleg and his crew have proven to be thorough and professional in all aspects of the job. I recently had my home waterproofed. The crew arrived every morning early and hard at work. The job was completed in the timeframe originally quoted and I was extremely pleased with the finished results. They took great care in ensuring that the area was safe and always left with my outside tidy and free of any debris. I am extremely pleased with the way in which this project was handled from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company for any waterproofing, drainage or plumbing services required for residential or commercial properties.

My basement flooded last week and I had Oleg come over to look at the damage and fix the root cause. The problem was that the basement wall beneath our garden deck had a walkout with a door that was never sealed. Oleg's team did an amazing job by plugging the wall and installing delta membrane to water proof my basement. The cost was reasonable and workers seem to be experts in the field. Extremely happy with how everything turned out. This was my second experience with Dr. Rooter and would highly recommend them for all your waterproofing needs.

I received my deposit for my basement contract. My issue with this business has been resolved. There are no more outstanding concerns with Dr Rooter plumbing company and Oleg the contractor.

Extensive plumbing renovations for 22 town houses... always on time and on budget. Never any issues with workmanship nor professionalism. Dr Rooters are experienced and proficient. Would highly recommend Doctor Rooters to all.

Two days before Christmas our kitchen faucet was leaking. Oleg at Doctor Rooter returned my call within five minutes. We decided to replace the faucet and Oleg and his assistant installed a new faucet that evening--no muss, no fuss. Doctor Rooter was both professional and efficient and there were no surprises. What a relief!

Tried to install a dishwasher my self, had a leak and broke the water valve. Called Oleg at Doctor Rooter. He showed up the same day fixed the water valve replaced hose. Did a clean job and didn't leave any mess. Dishwasher runs great, we're all happy. Thanks Doc.

I called this company because I existing washroom was high and I wanted to lower it. I had my contractor dig it out and called doctor rooter to give me advice and estimate. Oleg came over the next day and gave me an estimate. He could start work the very next day. He was very confident and I had gone through the reviews and he seemed to be a specialist in what he was talking about. I didn't compare quotes and signed the contract right away. He finished the job in 2 days. Hope all is well with the plumbing. I can sleep sound now and he guarantees his services.

I contacted Doctor Rooter for a walk out basement. Bill came to my house, he no longer works there, he was very knowledgeable and honest. After receiving my Qoute, I decided to have them do some plumbing for me too, because there prices were very good. The moved some drains around for me, but didn't add any of the supply lines that they said they would, and they also cut three of my floor joists on the second floor, 2 of them were almost completely cut right through(pictures attached of joists). I hired someone else for $1200 to have the plumbing moved and joists fixed, this was done by a different company, and on top of the $4000+tax I had already paid Oleg(owner of Doctor Rooter) Now back to the walkout, when we first spoke I mentioned I didn't have permits, they told me to call when I got the permits. It's been close to a month now since i got my permits, and I still do not have a start date, and Oleg is not responding to me. This wouldn't be an issue, except he told me to give him a $5000 deposit on the walkout, before I had the permits, to secure a spot. Up to now, I have given him about $9400, and have received half the plumbing job he promised(drains, but no supply lines) and a $1200 bill to someone else to fix the mistakes his plumbers made. I had contacted him asking for the $1200 dollars, plus my deposit back since he doesn't have time to do my walkout, and that is when he stopped responding to me. Buyer beware, he may have done good work for many people, but if he has done this to me, he can do it to anyone. I am doing a massive home reno, and he is the only contractor of the many I dealt with that has given me any problems.
