From the moment Eugene looked at our master ensuite project, he saw our vision. His pricing was more than reasonable and he explained each step of the process, outlining timing, costs, and what to expect. His workers were clean, efficient, extremely careful, always polite, professional, and did an amazing job - from tear down to finishing touches. We would without any doubt hire Happy Bathrooms again when we need another renovation, and highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed!

Eugene and his team did a great job on our bathroom. It honestly looks amazing. We were nervous about the process but it was very smooth. They were efficient and responsive, pleasant to communicate with, and tidied up after themselves. We have one more bathroom to renovate in the future and we will definitely be hiring them again. I hired Happy Bathrooms Inc. based on a recommendation from a friend and a competitive quote process. Happy Bathrooms Inc, had a better price and better timing. To provide the quote, Eugene came over to assess the job. He was on time, reviewed the job site thoroughly (two bathrooms and a kitchen), suggested ideas and took measurements. Within days, he provided a quote that captured 99% of what we had discussed. We finalized the quote and contract within days. He started the job on time, and completed the work ahead of schedule. one or more of his team members were at the job site everyday except Sundays. Eugene has effective communication skills, a detailed well-defined process for these types of renovations and he and his team are able to execute flawlessly. I will not hesitate to hire them again. Thank you Eugene and Igor and the rest of the team for freshening up my place.

I knew from the outset Id picked a winning team in Happy Bathrooms. The trades worked like a well-oiled machine with everyone working hard, and to a high standard each working day. Everyone was professional and courteous despite the less than optimal working conditions. The only bathroom in the unit was completely gutted. The building has no elevator so heavy equipment/debris had to be hauled up and down three flights of stairs each day. The old building held plenty of surprises resulting in several unplanned for side projects. Id mixed old Re-Store finds with new products which led to even more challenges. Despite all this there was never any complaint. Eugene was always accessible, sharing his expertise and at the same time finding solutions, making my vision of the bathroom a reality. I especially appreciated Eugenes willingness to pick up product including tiles, the toilet and other building products on my behalf. When he initially reviewed the products I had bought, he told me I could take several of them back, that they werent necessary, and that the store was just trying to sell me stuff. I appreciated that Eugene was not trying to sell me stuff. I love my new bathroom. Thank you Eugene and to everyone on your team for making my bathroom reno such a good experience.
