Great feeling to have the powder room i envisioned. This is my second project with happybathroom and Eugene. Eugene is good to work with because when you ask a question he will respond. This is a big plus in working through a renovation. I plan to work with him again. Lastly a shoutout to mega tile master: we speak the same tile language.

I highly recommend Happy Bathrooms for any bathroom renovation project. We had a leaking shower that had damaged the ceiling drywall in our living room. Eugene provided a quote that was detailed and reasonably priced. His team arrived on time and worked diligently and professionally every day until the project was completed. They installed a new shower, repaired the drywall and painted. The quality of work was fantastic. Eugene was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. He even fixed a small tile issue we had in another room without additional cost. I could not speak more highly of Eugene and his team.

I chose Happy Bathrooms for the following reasons: -My friend recommended the company to me as she had her bathroom renovated by them and was very happy with their services. -When I met with Eugene for the initial consultation, he was very respectful and didnt talk down to me like some of the other contractors did (I am a female, not sure if that had anything to do with it). -They charge for labour and materials and I was responsible for purchasing the tub, toilet, vanity and other fixtures which allowed me to have flexibility with what I chose and I had control over those costs. -Even though the quote was on the higher side, my gut told me to go with Happy Bathrooms as I felt like I could trust Eugene (the other contractors seemed a bit evasive and didn't get back to me in a timely manner). In the end my gut proved me right. Eugene was very easy to work with. If I had a question he responded quickly to emails/texts/phone calls which I really appreciated. He is very knowledgeable of the industry standards and provided good direction when I had a hard time making a decision. Eugene was sure to be on site on a regular basis when his staff and trades were working (I should mention they were also very hardworking and mindful as I was working from home). After the renovation was complete and payment was made I noticed a very minor issue with the towel bar installation. Again, Eugene was quick to respond and returned to fix it (I don't know if others would have done the same). The reno turned out great! Workmanship was excellent and I was really pleased that Eugene and his team were so reliable and trustworthy. Thank you Happy Bathrooms!

We are always hesitant to start projects on our 100 plus year old Victorian beauty in the Annex. Eugene came in, provided a detailed estimate. He and his Team started and finished the job on time and produced two amazing bathrooms. Our home isn't level or perfect and Eugene and Kosta worked through any challenges with such skill that a project we had been dreading has turned into two beautiful spaces we love! We moved into our townhouse just over a year ago and knew the first room we wanted to renovate was our bathroom. Eugene came over, inspected our bathroom and provided a very detailed, line-item quote, breaking down the cost. We really liked that we had creative control and could buy and choose which finishes we wanted for the bathroom. Our project started on time, with Eugene and his team in constant communication, letting us know exactly what time they would be coming and what work was to be performed on that day. Everyone was extremely professional, hardworking and kind; leaving our home tidy and clean for the next days work. The project finished a few days ahead of schedule and we couldnt be happier! Everything came out exactly as we had planned and no details were missed. We hope Eugene and his team will be available when were ready to start our kitchen reno!

Eugene and his staff exceeded expectations. Eugene renovated my bathroom complete with new walk-in shower, vanity, tiles for shower and floor, painting, as well as the necessary plumbing and electrical work. He was neat, taping down covering for the floor. He and his staff were reliable and showed up every day as scheduled and on time with no delays on his part. Like many others we spent some time planning our main bathroom project and wanted to find the right contractor to complete the job. We had countless companies provide us quotes over the course of a few months but I can say with 100% truth that Eugene was easily the right fit for us. Starting with the quoting process Eugene gave a very detailed breakdown of the work required to achieve what we wanted and presented and very fair and professional quote explaning everything that would be involved. Once the work started we could tell we made a good choice with Happy Bathroom. Eugene and Kosta protected the flooring and areas that needed covering and kept a clean jobsite on a daily basis.
