Thanks for the great review Ryan. It's always tricky finding a match for old shingles when you don't know who the manufacturer was. We got lucky and found a close color match so you won't be able to tell at all. I'm glad we also found the evidence of leakage so we know we fixed the point of entry. AND, just as important, you got a great new Velux skylight that will give you 20 years of guaranteed thermal efficiency. Can't wait to get the go-ahead to do the remaining skylights you have. Thanks for the great review Albert. It's not often I can go on a roof and find nothing worthy of preventative maintenance requirements. I'm happy for you that your roof passed my high-standards inspection and that there is nothing you need to do on the roof at this time. It's just unfortunate that the builder chose to use drywall on an exterior patio ceiling instead of the more common vented soffit material. Please feel free to call me in another 2 years for your next no-charge inspection and report. Greg
