    Steam shower repair process

    Needed to disconnect steam shower to send back to manufacturer for repair. Technicians were very careful to follow each step - even called the company to clarify specifics or our model. Since we have had hard water causing plumbing issues in the past Raphie discussed this and offered some interesting solutions - provided us with links to educate ourselves and make our decisions.

    Basement leak by furnace

    They came quickly and came me many options of service from band aid solution to long term fix.

    Fix clog

    After I called, The plumber was sent out quickly and worked efficiently. He kept me aware of progress throughout process.

    Plumbing Upgrades

    My main objective was to upgrade a cheap quality toilet in our master bathroom, Raphie and his partner gave us several options, so we went with a mid grade American Standard toilet which is a lot better quality than what we had purchased at Home Depot several years ago. They also pointed out some plumbing issues with our existing toilets such as old style shut off valves, a toilet which I installed myself not being mounted correctly to the floor fitting which could have caused a possible leak. This guy is very knowledgeable about his trade and is up front with the customer, if it is a priority or it can be deferred depending on your budget. I would use his company again for any plumbing issues that I have. Thank you for your great service!

    Leaking kitchen faucet

    This was a completely painless experience! Leaking faucet fixed in a flash. Full marks to Preferred Plumbing! Will absolutely use them again for any and all of my future plumbing needs.

    All bathroom faucets and re-working water flow through basemwnt

    Guys were great - showed up at 4:00 and stayed working until after 11:00 PM. Very flexible and great works. This is the second time I used Preferred Plumbers and would call them again!

    sump pump installation

    Daniel did the assessment and he gave me 4-5 options of the type of sump pump i wanted to be installed at my premise. So now I've arranged a date for him to come in to do the work.

    Leak inspection

    It was a rip off. Stay away from this company. They charged me 400 dollars an hour and did no work. Opened a small section in my bathroom and fixed nothing. Simply theft. Stay away from this company.

    kitchen repair

    replaced kitchen tap with new tap as it was broken. Now working well and with no concerns.
