They came on time. Daniel and another person whose name I think is Rory. Very professional and gave us options to solve the problem from a short term to long term perspective. Explained the payment terms etc and everything was done in the promised time.

The pipe in from the the city was leaking and needed repair. The come on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. We will definitely call them in for future needs.

Efficient, reliable, prompt and informative communication, this company is great! Repaired a renovation gone terribly wrong with shower leaking into my kitchen! Removed all plumbing and reinstalled shower and steam unit - this was 2 years ago and has been perfect! Recently repaired toilet and had to reinstall (still from awful Reno) - all good!

The initial-inquiry phone contact was knowledgeable and professional. Booking an appointment was easy. The plumber on scene was friendly, clean, well-organized. He diagnosed the plumbing problem quickly and correctly. The repair estimate was accurate. In addition to fixing the leak I reported, the plumber corrected a builder's pipe error done during construction. Now, the kitchen sink empties properly. He fixed the reported pipe leak correctly and quickly.

Ron and Daniel were very professional and provided an honest analysis and possible solutions to the issue we had with our mixing valve. They were perhaps a bit on the expensive side but gave us a longer term, more reasonable option to get rid of the valve completely. Overall, they got the repair done quickly, giving us peace of mind.

Had a leak in a pipe below that bathtub. The guys showed up ontime and where able to locate the leak and fix it right away. They were polite, courteous and took care of making sure the area was clean and no mess was left.

They do very good job but just a little bit overprice on their work. If they can lower the price a little bit, I will like to have more projects for them.

Arrived on time faced a few challenges throughout but did not leave until job was done in completion and to perfection.

My tenants were complaining water was not draining properly and the kitchen sink was backing up as well as the dishwasher was leaking . Called Preferred Plumbing and Raffie and Shawn were on it the very next day . Brought everything up to code , repaired all leaks and drainage , also made some recommendations. Highly recommended if your a landlord . Didn’t even have to be there . All was completed within hours .
