Nazar, Oleh and the crew are not just Garage Door Geeks, theyre Garage Door Pros! I had contacted Nazar eight months prior to his initial site visit for my garage door and he was kind enough to honor his eight-month-old quotation to me and was just a pleasure to work with through the whole process. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable upon his initial site visit to measure for the door and did an excellent job going through the measuring, fabrication, and installation process with me. What set them apart is that they'll do the install full-service -- Out of the five companies that I called to provide me a roller door, they were the only company to INCLUDE the framing in their pricing and will do it for you. Everyone else I had to provide a frame for (why? I don't know). I even had to delay the installation of my door due to setbacks in my backyard renovation. Nazar, without hesitation, assured me that it will be okay and advised me when to call him back when we were ready for the install. The install itself was flawless. Oleh was pretty much in and out, within 5 hours I had my garage door installed, functioning and my driveway was cleaned up. Communication with Oleh during the install was great. I was at work at the time, however, he was quick to call/text/send photos to explain to me what was going on. He was even kind enough to answer a 9:30pm text from me as I accidentally disconnected the motor from the door (they came back as well to reconnect it!!). These guys are great. Professional, kind, knowledgeable and always available. They truly seem like a team that enjoys what they do and they know they do it well. I would highly recommend The Garage Door Geeks.

Yurii made time for us on his way home Friday evening instead of the scheduled Saturday morning appointment. He made quick work of what I thought was a disaster. Then took time to demonstrate how to lubricate everything and gave other helpful advice. Straightforward and competitive pricing.

Was an absolute pleasure working with Erick at the office and Tim who dropped by to do the repairs. We have a very old garage door that was starting to fail. I sent Erick over some pictures and they sent back a very reasonable quote. When Tim showed up to do the job, he took a LOT of care analyzing the problem, fixed exactly what they said they would for the exact price they said they would, and also educated me very thoroughly on garage door maintenance to avoid unnecessary expenses in the future. Tim also showed me various things about the old garage installation that could cause problems in the future (they all made complete sense to me, his communication about everything was amazing). They provided yet another reasonable quote, and Tim promptly returned a few days later to implement a couple of his additional recommendations. I was beyond impressed with Tim's attention to detail. Because of the awkward previous installation, he had to do a lot of problem solving on the fly, all in order to make sure the repairs were super solid. Everything was done with great care, and was explained to me every step of the way. He even ingeniously repurposed some old materials that would have been discarded to enhance his repairs. I would not hesitate to calls these guys, they were truly great to work with and I can't thank them enough for the solid job they did.

My old garage door had become increasingly hard to lift open. Ollie from Garage Door Geeks came and diagnosed the problem ( a combination of the door dragging against the metal door frame and years worth of gum-like grease ). He described what needed to be done and said he could do the work on the spot. Forty minutes later a miracle had occurred!! Thank you Ollie for your friendly service and professional knowledge. I definitely recommend this company.

Texted 9pm on a Thursday and scheduled for Saturday morning. Yurii was kind and thoughtful. Replaced broken springs very efficiently and also repaired a few other items on this old door. Great service. Wish every repair was this smooth.

Had a problem with my vintage Stanley garage door. Called at 7pm and somebody was here at noon the next day. Explained everything and repaired the door and spring quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price. Great service
