Prompt, same day Saturday service for a broken spring, warped hinges, and disconnected cable. Garage Door Geeks provided professional, respectful, timely, and honest pricing. I cannot recommend them enough and will come to them for all future garage door needs. A job that would have cost me more than a thousand with other companies came in well below that. Also, I learned a lot from watching the whole process and was informed on how to keep my door working smoothly for years to come. Hard to find such an honest approach to business these days. The company responded to my email request very quickly. They provided various scheduled times to choose for the next day. Yuri called prior to arriving, arrived on time and was very courtesy. He replaced the cables, lubricated the hinges and tightened the chain. I would highly recommend both this company and Yuri.

I don't give 5/5's or 10/10's, nobody is perfect. But, dealing with Eric and Yuri was a pleasure. A cable snapped on my garage door a day before New Years. I called Eric and had my issue diagnosed and an appointment booked. A couple days later Yuri showed up promptly and replaced both cables ( as this is there policy ). I am happy with the service I received and would recommend this company to anyone.

Pavel came same day as my issue was time sensitive. He made several fixes to an old system and set up remotes in a cost effective fashion. I used the company almost a decade ago at a different home - they remain efficient, effective and focused on integrity.

After living with a frustrating door that wouldn't close consistently I went onto Homestars and submitted a request. Within about 12 hours I heard from Garage Door Geeks and they gave me some advice as to how I could likely fix it myself by using their YouTube videos but I needed it done quickly, so the next day they came out and fixed it. Anytime a company suggests an alternative from which they stand to make no money I trust them immediately. Great job guys - thanks again!

Garage Door Geeks responded in a timely manner to our service request. They did not charge for the first visit, as we were searching for the key for the emergency lock. On the second visit, we discovered the lock had not been installed properly. So the service man replaced it and showed us the reason for the original problem, which was then corrected. Overall we were very happy with the outcome.
