Joseph did a great job draining, cleaning and making my tub ready for the reason. Found their price to be resonable amongst the highly rated companies. I recommend them for hot tub servicing.

After doing some research on how to purge my swim spa after it was winterized, I had a couple of questions about the process. Alfred confirmed the steps to be taken and added a few more that were essential and would make the process easier and ensure all cleanser would be removed. Their response time was quick. I continue to get exceptional service from them when needed.

My Twilight 8.5 hot tub had a faulty control panel that failed 3x and the last time, the Master Spa in Toronto said we were out of luck because it was out of warranty even though it was actually a faulty part they had to stop using. We complained to the head office in Indiana and they apologized and MORE than made it up by sending a free replacement part by courier and a video of how to easily replace it for free. VERY impressed!!! The hot tub itself is brilliant!!

Best service I could imagine. Always ready to help and assist with any hot tub issues. Extremely reliable. I know them for 10 years and were never disappointed

Had an emergency situation in early January where a streak of good weather allowed me to fill up my relocated hot tub. However, upon fill up I noticed that the circulator motor was not kicking in and wouldn't prime. I contacted several technicians, and Master Spas of Mississauga, and got a reply same day and coordinated a fix the same day. Upon visit, the diagnosis yielded a quick fix, which was the circulator pump was plugged in to the wrong socket on the main board (electricians error). Anyway all is well now. Thanks to Master Spas of Mississauga

Just had my first customer service experience with master spas. Incredible. In a massive storm, a clip broke that holds the cover down. A quick email and Alfred Tu from Mississauga store sent me a page on how to fix it AND took the initiative to order some more clips for me. SOOO pleased. Thanks Alfred and Master Spa!
