    Repair Hot Tub or Spa
    Had an emergency situation in early January where a streak of good weather allowed me to fill up my relocated hot tub. However, upon fill up I noticed that the circulator motor was not kicking in and wouldn't prime. I contacted several technicians, and Master Spas of Mississauga, and got a reply same day and coordinated a fix the same day. Upon visit, the diagnosis yielded a quick fix, which was the circulator pump was plugged in to the wrong socket on the main board (electricians error). Anyway all is well now. Thanks to Master Spas of Mississauga

    Master Spas are awesome!

    Just had my first customer service experience with master spas. Incredible. In a massive storm, a clip broke that holds the cover down. A quick email and Alfred Tu from Mississauga store sent me a page on how to fix it AND took the initiative to order some more clips for me. SOOO pleased. Thanks Alfred and Master Spa!

    Hot tub/spa

    The staff at Master spa are very friendly courteous and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of. I have recommended both the hot tub and staff at Mississauga Master spa.

    Outstanding Spa Service and Customer Service.

    We have excellent service every month for the past two years. This team is knowledgeable and precise. Thanks so much all for keeping my Jaccuzi hot tub in the next shape possible. Never been happier!!

    Great Company and Product

    Great service. They have always been very accommodating and helpful with all our questions from the moment we ordered to delivery. Spa arrived and the delivery guys where great getting in place and ensuring it was where we wanted it. Master spa accommodated all questions we had during startup. Great helpful company. So happy with our purchase.

    Master Spas of Toronto

    We received our spa late August 2021 and absolute love it. Any assistance I required was just a call away. All the staff are very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. It is also very helpful that they have a Master Spas Owners Group facebook page which is great for tips, etc. We had our spa winterized by a MS technician and he readily explained to me every step taken during the process and answered all my questions. Very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Master Spas not only for their product but for their high level of customer service. Update: Technician came to open my spa...again very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all my questions. A few days after starting up the spa the water became cloudy. Contacted the Service dept. for assistance. Sent pictures of water and Kat H. walked me through the steps to begin the process of clearing the water. Checked the water today and it has begun to clear. Sent updated pics to Kat as she requested. This team is terrific to deal. I highly recommend Master Spas for their product(s) and their support.

    Hot Tub

    Hot tub arrived in 1 piece and set exactly where we wanted. Very good service from store. Answered all questions, provided tons of information and recommendations. They even allowed us to sit in and feel out several models which did impact our decision on purchase. Alfred gave us a very good education on maintenance. After we filled it we had a bit of cloud but did what Alfred told us a the next day it was clear. Bit of foam a few days later and followed Alfred's teachings and next day it was gone. Smooth sailing since. We enjoy a dip every night and sleep like babies. I think the foot massage is my favorite part (on my feet all day at work). Also love that Alfred is just an email away if we have any questions. Good company to buy from.

    Challenger Swim Spa/Hot Tub Combo

    Despite Covid supply chain delays and a minor plumbing issue from the factory, now that we are enjoying our purchase we are delighted! Having the combination allows us to have the therapy as well as the relaxation this product offers. Master Spas installation team did an excellent job and their service technicians were top notch. The quality of the product is evident everywhere you look and functions perfectly.
