The price, service and detailed information that was give during our home inspection by Geoff Latham was amazing. Made me aware of matters that need some attention. Overall experience was great and very knowledgeable.

I found this company by reading reviews on HomeStars and I'm so glad I did. I had an offer on an older house, subject to inspection. I already knew that the house needed lots of work, so I was worried that a home inspection might overlook small details. Geoff was on time,and paid attention to every detail, no matter how minor it was in comparison to the bigger issues in the house. His report was very thorough, easy to read, and completed in less than 24 hours. He is very knowledgeable AND very friendly, so it was a pleasure working with him. I was present for the entire inspection, and my 5 year old son tried to help, so I was happy that Geoff took time to explain things to my son as well, and included him in small jobs, like peeking behind the washer and dryer. It was fun and informative for everyone! I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had to be at work so could not be present for the home inspection; instead my realtor was with Geoff for the inspection. I am pleased with the detailed report accompanied with photos of identified problem spots. I was able to get the seller to do some of the necessary repairs and accept a hold back of some amount to fix the rest. Highly recommended.

After doing many extensive google searches, we decided on Geoff as he had the best and most positive reviews! He did an amazing job, very professional. We were so happy that he was very willing to come do our home inspection on such short notice, as we were days away from conditions removal for our house. He was very thorough and took the time to explain things, in terms that I would I understand, as I am not very handy. He was very personable and even very comical at times! I enjoyed spending 3 hours with him looking through what will be my new home! I highly recommend Geoff to anyone! 10/10

After reading awesome reviews about Geoff I decided to give him a call. We had very little time to get the inspection done before the "condition day" and Geoff could do the inspection as soon as the next morning and we got the report the same day in the evening. He was very helpful and took away some stress off of my shoulder because we all know that buying a new house is quite stressful. His advices were also very helpful.. really knowledgeable guy. I would totally recommend Geoff for your home inspection.

Geoff was GREAT!! I found him on here and was so incredibly glad I did. We called him on a sunday and he was able to inspect the property on tuesday. He was very thorough and incredibly informative. We're first time buyers so we felt very relieved to be treated so well by such a professional. He truly has a vast knowledge of houses. His 10/10 rating is absolutely accurate. If we ever move, we will definitely call him again to inspect any new properties for us.

Geoff was awesome, just awesome. As a first time home owner, Geoff was very helpful, and professional. He relived my stress after buying a foreclosure place with some wires sticking out of the walls and helpful with all my questions. Im glad I found him on google and chose him as my house inspection. I hired Geoff based on the postive review. English is a second language to me, I was worried about the communication barrier,but he is very friendly, professional, and patient. He started the inspection at 5 p.m. and spent almost 4 hours to inspect this house. Very oriented to detail, and answered all my questions, and be willing to help us even after inspection. He detected some problems with the house and the seller was cooperative to fix them. I am so lucky to know Geoff. Definitely, I would like to promote his service to all my friends. Good job!
