Provided a number of tips and explained what he was doing. As he serviced the fireplace he checked to make sure all areas were working and when there was a problem he fixed it. My fireplace wasn’t working after a huge snowfall blocked our vent, and turns out it was a very simple fix. Sam showed me how to fix it myself for next time, which was very appreciated, and also did a general check for gas leaks/other issues. The price was great, the service was excellent, and Sam was friendly and professional. Strongly recommend.Answer from pro:
