    Fireplace Installation

    Sonny and team were easy to reach and always available to communicate about the project pre-installation. On the day of installation his team arrived at the scheduled time and were extremely professional and considerate of our home. Installation was quick, clean and simple. We would highly recommend Sonny and team for anyone looking to install a gas fireplace of their own.

    Fireplace installation

    We had fantastic service from Toronto Comfort Zone from start to finish. Their showroom was small but lovely, the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. They knew their products well and gave excellent advice to this novice fireplace buyer! We love our custom mantlepiece and could not be happier with the service. An added bonus was quick communication and instant advice when needed!

    Fireplace Installation

    They were super nice and when I was sad that the fireplace I wanted was on back order, I asked if they could let me know right away if it became available sooner. It ended up being available a month sooner and Sonny let me know right away which was considerate. The installation had some hiccups as we couldnt locate the gas line I thought I had. They solved the problem and spent some extra time at my house. All is well!

    Gorgeous fireplaces

    Great service, beautiful end results. From beginning to end, this was a smooth process, and we are so happy with our two gas fireplaces.

    Excellent installation

    Comfort Zone did an excellent job removing an old fireplace and installing a new gas fireplace and marble surround. The work was well coordinated and carefully done all without damaging the existing mantle. It is beautiful!

    Beautiful Traditional Fireplace

    I reached out to Sonny at Toronto Comfort Zone after purchasing an electric unit and then getting stuck not knowing where to go from there. I wanted to create a new fireplace from scratch that looked like it could have been original to my 1920s house, and had then been wrapped in an updated mantel. No problem for Sonny and his team. Within a few days we received drawings and then we were off to the races. Throughout the entire process Sonny was so responsive, efficient, and receptive to all questions and asks. His team was wonderful to work with. Luigi managed the install and I was so appreciative of his keen attention to detail to make sure the final product was exactly what we were looking for. Can't thank them enough and couldn't be happier with the result. Highly recommend.

    Awesome!

    Sonny and Reza were awesome throughout the process. We have an old gas log fireplace that was once a real fireplace. It has stone masonry that I didn't want to disturb. Sonny was able to come up with a solution for us to get the gas insert that fit into a very tricky opening, while still maintaining the original brickwork. Reza did the installation and was very professional throughout. He took real pride in doing a good job. We are very happy with the final results.

    Fireplace install

    Excellent all around experience with Toronto Comfort Zone. I changed my mind no less than 5-6 times, and Sonny was extremely patient and understanding throughout the process. Im super-happy with the Montigo fireplace we went with and have zero complaints. Installation went smoothly, and I even added a bbq gas hook up late in the process that was accommodated without issue. Wouldnt hesitate to go back to Sonny and team in the future!

    Fireplace insert installation
