    Great Craftmanship

    We ordered a fire box with a mantle and side shelves and we couldn’t be happier with the work. Sonny is a gentleman who was helpful and patient the whole time. Tonys work is fantastic. The work was completed on schedule and installed beautifully. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Toronto Comfort Zone to anyone.

    Gas Fireplace Installation

    Had a great experience dealing with Sonny at TCZ. He was able to source a very shallow and modern fireplace for our small living room. It's perfect! He was always 100% transparent and never tried to upsell on services. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new fireplace!

    The guys came in when they said, worked hard and accurately, were polite and cleaned up. Great Job

    Fireplace installation

    Installed Napoleon fireplace insert. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service and fair prices! I would recommend Toronto Comfort Zone Darren

    Electric Fireplace

    I visited the Toronto Comfort Zone showroom and was assisted by Sonny. He was such a delight to deal with and was very professional and prompt from the start of my inquiry. I purchased the Dimplex 50" Prism Linear Electric fireplace and he patiently walked me through all of my options before hand. I would highly recommend purchasing from them!

    Removal & Re-install of gas insert

    Requirement to remove the gas insert so that the brick fireplace could be refaced with marble / re-install gas insert. Sonny is a pleasure to work with. He is very responsive and professional.

    Fireplace

    We bought an electrical fireplace for our new build house. It took few good emails to determine what would be the best model and design that fit our goals. Sonny was patient and sent us information and detailed quotes in a timely manner. We would highly recommended working with Toronto Comfort Zone.

    Gas fireplace

    We had issues with our fireplace creating extra soot. We previously had it inspected with our furnace appointment and they couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. Within one day of calling this company they came and fixed it at a great price and FAST! The gentleman who came (Reza) was extremely knowledgeable and a true master at his craft. Such an amazing experience. I highly recommend them to anyone for there gas fireplace needs.

    Gas Fireplace sale and installation

    Toronto Comfort Zone provided and replaced old wood-burning fireplace with a new gas fireplace, all required installation 'fixes' included. Sonny is great. He's very helpful and provided all supported required and beyond.

    Fireplace insert

    We are very pleased with the work, quality, and professionalism of Toronto Comfort Zone. With everything in lock-down due to COVID, much of the process was done online - which was appreciated. Sonny was prompt and walked through our options for inserts and ensured our needs were met. The guys that installed the fireplace were knowledgeable and capable -- even going above and beyond by touching up loose bricks on our chimney when installing the exhaust. They took pictures to show me that the job was done right. These guys definitely know what they are doing and we highly recommend them for your needs.
