I called Alex late at night and explained that there is a leak in my finished basement that is probably coming from the drain in the kitchen obove. He offered to come right away or if it is better for us the next day. When he came in the morning explained what caused the leak offered to take care of the leak and whole job was done and fixed in less then two hours including going to supplier for needed part. The job was done neat and professional. Alex olso gave me some advice on how to take care of repering the small domage done buy the leak and how to avoid it to at all. I will recommend his company. Alex also looked into a small problem in my bathroom done not long time ago by another company but it was having some problem with the fouset. The fouset was not installed properly and hi reinstalled. Well done job.

We had a leaking shower faucet and have called in a plumber to com e and take a look at our shower fauet. After the plumber came over and got everything fixed everything was fine, but this was only for 3 months only. So this time we tried to contact a different plumbing company and contacted The Toronto Plumber, they send over one of there plumbers (Alex) to come and take a look at our faucet. Alex came over and lookd at our faucet and told us that it needs to be replaced as our faucet was very old and it was better to replace it with a new faucet rather then try to fix the existing faucet. So we went ahead with Alex's suggestion at got a brand new shower faucet. Very happy with the service and honesty shown to us by Alex about the job, and very happy on the experience. Everything was done on tie and in reasonable budget. Definetly would recommand Alex and the company he works for.

We called Alex for our plumbing work after our kitchen and bathroom renovations. He was great to work with; he understood and met our needs, providing reasonable pricing too! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others!

I had water leaking down my kitchen wall and into the basement. I called Alex and he came right away. He figured out the problem was a pipe leaking from near my upstairs bathroom behind the wall. It was very hard to get to but Alex was able to quickly fix the leaking pipe and was very neat and tidy. His price was fair and he is very professional and knows his stuff. I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

This is my story about the amazing Alex. Before I made any calls I visited this website, however I had my doubts even about a review website like home stars. So imagine my suprise when everything I read about this plumbing service was not only true but exceeded my expectations. Alex was very accurate with what the problem was and was very prompt with the solutions. He was very polite and warm, and even shared some personal family moments with me. So take it from me if you need professional prompt work done call these guys.

Once again I needed quick help with installation. I called Alex and he arrived on time and as always perfectly and fast completed work. Very accurate and precise job. Thank you.

the plumber used a snake machine to clear the clog in the kitchen sink and then tested the sink to make sure there are no other cloggs

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one after my experience with Alex at Hi-Tech Drain & Plumbing. I had discovered a hole in one of the pipes underneath my kitchen sink, and immediately called my condo management to be reminded of the plumbing company that they recommend. As I had had them in my unit before ("fixing" the exact same problem), and remembered I hadn't been thrilled with them, I decided to see if they had any positive reviews. I wasn't surprised to see a lot of negative feedback. While reading these reviews, I stumbled upon the reviews for Hi-Tech Drain & Plumbing. I decided to give this company a call, figuring it couldn't get much worse than the last company. They were able to send someone out that afternoon (they worked around me having to pick up my son). When Alex arrived I was so pleasantly surprised! He was so professional, knowledgeable, and kind! And his work was of the highest quality! He explained everything as he went along, and he went above and beyond to make sure it was done right (the last company had done a quick fix). And all this for an extremely reasonable and fair price. I was sad that I had a plumbing issue that day, but I am so happy I have met Alex! We plan on doing a kitchen renovation soon, and thankfully we now have a trustworthy plumbing company to call!! I would absolutely recommend Alex and Hi-Tech Drain & Plumbing to my family and friends in a heartbeat. Thank you again Alex!
