Sorry this is so late Steve, completely slipped my mind!! In November 2022, our furnace started to break down so I called Steve at Air in Motion as I always do for anything like this. We soon had a tech sent out who came and got the furnace working again after fixing a leak. Over the next few days however the furnace kept breaking down overnight so we eventually bit the bullet and decided to replace it as it was pretty old anyway. Steve arranged a new furnace and installation within 24 hours. As always the crew were friendly and super professional and the job was completed exactly as advertised at the price quoted before any work was done. Air in Motion is the best of the best when it comes to this kind of work and there is honestly nowhere else I would even look. You never feel like you are being pushed to buy things you don't need, there is no pressure and everything is explained and detailed before you commit to work. Thanks to Steve and all the crew for another fantastic job.

Air in Motion installed a central humidifier just over 2 years ago. This winter is was not working. I called, texted and emailed Steve MANY times and his responses are VERY SLOW, few and far between. Its usually him saying he will get back to me, and then i'm waiting weeks for a simple reply! His voicemail says will return your call in 2 hours which is a complete joke. I had in writing that it was a 5 year parts warranty and 1 year labor, but when I finally spoke to Steve it changed to "only SOME parts are covered by the warranty". Then also Steves fee just to come and diagnose the problem is $185 - which is VERY expensive compared to other companies! Would not recommend this company!

Air in Motion went above and beyond to help us with our issue, great communication and was fast to respond to our request when we needed someone to come out ASAP. Would highly recommend service and would use again if future issues arose

Steve and his team have now done a couple of jobs for us - installing a gas line for the bbq on our back deck, and service of our furnace. All techs are really pleasant, arrived on time and the jobs were completed really professionally. Highly recommend.
