The technician was very professional and polite. The installation was neat and tidy and he answered all our questions.

Excellent Customer Service I reached out to Steve and he got back to me within 30 mins. We required our Navien tankless water heater to be serviced and for our furnace to be cleaned. Steve quoted me a price and we set a date for about a week later. Al and Matt showed up on the appropriate date and were punctual. After both water heaters were cleaned they noticed some additional sweat that shouldnt be there and took it upon themselves to contact Navien customer support for additional information. They had to order parts which they did and returned a week later for installation. Tanks are now functioning correctly and our furnace is clean all at the quoted price. Customer service was top shelf and Steve was true to his word. I will definitely be using AIM again in the future. They are professional and reliable. Spread the word.

I had Gavin from Air in Motion to service and clean my air conditioner. Gavin was very polite, efficient, he cleaned my air conditioner, gave it a really good scrub then came into the basement and checked my furnace. My filter was dirty, he suggested that I purchase an inexpensive air filter while I wait for the proper ones to be delivered. He said a dirty filter prevents air from flowing properly and doesn't cool the house efficiently. Thank you, Steve, for sending Gavin.

We needed a new hot water tank and also needed our furnace venting re-routed to another side of our house in preparation for some work being done in our backyard. Steve and his team were incredibly responsive and booked us in for an install less than a week after receiving / accepting a quote. Gavin was extremely professional and courteous the day of the install and we couldn't be happier with the workmanship if the final product.

We recently had a gas leak caused by our gas meter. The gas provider technician came out to fix the leak but tagged us with deficiencies that needed attention. I was quickly contacted by Steve from Air in Motion after contacting home stars for a HVAC repair. He was very professional and quickly scheduled Gavin to come look at my non functional A/C unit. We have a historic home and it wasn't very energy efficient. So, we had an energy audit and started a retrofit process. The last and most complex piece was getting our old water heater replaced with an electric hybrid heat pump version. Steve made sure the heater would qualify for a Greener Homes Grant, it came quickly and was installed without any problems. It's been a couple of weeks and I'd say it works better then our old one. I've been very glad, over the years (likely over 15 years now), to have Air in Motion Heating + Cooling in my rolodex.
