Michelle was very pleasant from first contact and was very responsive to my messages and needs both pre and post install. We ordered two new garage doors and they were the only company that accepted a difficult garage install. We have a low hanging ceiling with very little room on either side of the garage doors. They did charge us extra for the "non-standard" install and was pleased with the install because they found alternative ways/mechanism for the rails to install thicker doors on a low hanging ceiling. We did run into issues with one of our doors not closing in the dead of winter, but Michelle was very responsive and had their installers come and try to fix it twice. The installer spent a good hour or so trying to figure out a solution to the problem and said if we ran into issue he will come back to fix it - "we don't shy away from a challenge". Which was good for me to hear since I knew our install wasn't going to be easy. The garage door look great and we very happy with them - the one door still isn't as smooth as the other but functions. Overall is better in many ways from the original doors. Thank you Michelle and Team!!!!

Smart Doors installed new garage doors in March for us. Installation was OK - a bit sloppy with the caulking. One door was excessively noisy after installation and had a defect on one panel. Contacted Michelle and Michael and they were committed to replacing the defective panel. Initially, I was told the delay was on the manufacture's side, which I can understand given COVID. Followed up again months later and was told they received the new panel and forgot to contact me. I was then told they'd come by within 2 weeks to replace. 2 months later, and still nothing. Price was good and installation was OK - but post sales support and resolution was very poor.

Earlier this year I was shopping around for a new garage door and finally ended up at Smart Doors because of their responsiveness and helpfulness guiding me through the door selection. I am very happy with the new door and the installation.

It was a pleasure dealing with Michelle and the staff at Smart Doors. They were professional and very friendly. I felt like I was talking to an old friend when speaking to Michelle. We are so happy with our new garage door, and highly recommend them.

Firstly id like to say, what a wonderful experience I have had with the services from Smart Doors, from my first interaction with them last year October. Michelle had provided top notch advice and colour choice of a garage door/design to match with our house. We were unsure at that time because we were having a pool installed. Fast forward till now, I reached back out to Smart Doors and Michelle had given me a great quote which was better than the other quotes I had received. She did note it could take up to 12 weeks, but our wish had been granted, and we received it way before then. Mike is amazing, as when we purchased the door, we had told them that our current door at the time was stuck and one spring had broken. Long story short they fixed it temporally until we got a new one. Mike is a comedian who has a great sense of humour and the team was all great. I'd like to say we love our garage door and the services we had received. It's amazing and everyone has been complementing our garage door. I would not think twice about hiring these guys again. A number of years ago we hired Smart Doors Inc to replace our original builder installed Garage Doors. The time had come and although there we many choices in the marketplace for Garage Door Companies, we felt most comfortable with Michael and his team at Smart Doors. After many years later, and some mishaps with our children and a basketball(!), Smart Doors has always been there for us with their amazing customer service. Our latest call was to replace a tension cable that wore due to use. Smart Doors promptly replaced the cable and the door is working like new again. THANK YOU Smart Doors! We will always he happy to recommend you!

She was friendly, professional, very responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. She went above and beyond to get us what we were looking for for a great price. She understood our vision and our custom made doors look brilliant on our home! Micheal was also very accommodating while working with him through the design phase. Questions and concerns were dealt with immediately and professionally. From ordering to installation, Smart Doors Inc made the whole process enjoyable and we were very excited to see the final product on delivery day. We definitely have the best doors in town! There is a reason why this company's rating is so high. Their responveness and overall approach to customer They Their customer service is second to none. We got a great new garage door, which was customized to our liking: Michelle kept offering design options until we got a perfect one. They even came and fixed (for free!) the old door as we were waiting for the new one to arrive. Installation was smooth, clean and stress free. If I had a house with ten garages I would've hired SmartDoors to do them all in a heartbeat. So if you live in a mansion, take a note!

Beginning with the quote Michelle was extremely professional and competitive with pricing! Michael was knowledgeable and provided excellent advice. Install day came with 2 phone calls in the days preceding to confirm and installation itself was quick and well done! Thank you for my beautiful garage door!

Michelle at Smart Doors was extremely helpful when it came to replacing my old wooden garage doors. Her advice and guidance enabled us to choose a top-notch door and opener combination at excellent value. We are extremely pleased with the product, its features and operation. Mike and his installation crew were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and did a very professional install of the doors, wall-mounted openers and aluminum capping. The end result more than met our expectations. Several of the neighbours have provided very positive comments on the finished product. I would not hesitate to recommend Smart Doors!
