    Home Alarm System

    Dolby and his team were excellent. Highly recommend. We had some delays in our cottage build and he kept his quoted price for nearly a year! Great communications, satisfied customers!

    Security system

    The whole experience was great! I called one day and it was installed the next. Dolby the technician was great very knowledgeable and descibed the whole process very clearly and the walkthrough was a breeze!! I would definately recommend them and I am very satisfied.

    Home security system

    We researched the different alarm companies in the city and ended up going with JTL. Dolby was very prompt and informative when asked questions and did not put pressure on us at all. The installation went well and we are happy with the service. Would definitely recommend JTL to anyone looking for a home security system.

    Installation and monitor

    The installer was very knowledgeable and informative. When ever i call him, he is allways there for us. the service is great and peace of mind. Will definately recommend jtl to other businesses.

    Updated security system in our home

    Great service and very professional. Dolby was extremely careful while upgrading our security system, always cleaning up as he worked. The follow up service was great too. Calling to check on how comfortable we were with our upgraded system. Always prompt at returning calls and answering questions. Would certainly recommend to friends and family.

    Service Requests

    We are so happy that we decided to go with JTL for our home security system. JTL Alarm has been extremely accommodating and responsive to any post installation questions or service requests we have had. For anyone looking for a security system, we would recommend JTL without hesitation.

    New Security System for Condo

    When I called to inquire about a security system, Dolby came out the same day. He gave me advice on what I really needed, and explained why I did not need everything I had in mind. As a result I paid less than half of what I was expecting. The next day he did the installation, and returned later to troubleshoot a small problem with a module. I found Dolby to be very professional. The installation was done quickly, response times were quick, and Dolby has a pleasant, easy manner. In my current situation other companies would likely have tried to sell me bigger and more expensive systems; but Dolby did not. I was impressed in every way with his business ethics and practices. I am also very pleased with my new system. It does everything I wanted and more, and has capabilities for future expansion. I feel very secure with my new security system, and highly recommend Dolby and JTL.

    Home Alarm System

    JTL was excellent to deal with. I received great customer service and they quickly responded to our initial inquiry. The installer came as promised and did a great install with no mess left behind. Dolby was not pushy and did not try to upsell me on anything additional to what we had identified as needs. We had one sensor problem the second day it was monitored and they came out the same day to repair it. He also followed up the next week to make sure I was happy with the system and let me know I could call anytime I had questions. I have already used JTL Alarm and Surveillance in a commercial setting and I would recommend them.

    Security alarm system

    Great service from JTL! Due to good reviews decided to give them a try. Dolby came out for a quote and was honest and helpful, we didn't feel pressured into anything which is a nice change. Installation was done well and Dolby made sure we understood the system. We would definitely recommend JTL Alarm & Surveillance too others.

    Alarm Monitoring, Motion Sensor

    I have been knowing Dolby since past 3 years, since I got all my businesses Alarm Monitoring done by JTL. They have got very good HD Cameras. I just got alarm monitoring done at my house. You can arm and disarm your house with an app on your cell phone. The technician David was very knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail without being rushed .... also he made sure all the debris is cleaned before he left. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
