I managed four large rooming houses before retiring, so I have authorized lots of roofing work over the years. For my own home, I called five roofers for quotes. Two didn't respond, one wanted to sell me an inferior project, and one showed up reeking of vodka at 9 in the morning. Cory from Integrity Roofers was the only one who climbed on my roof to inspect it before quoting. He sold me a superior product and the crew did a superior job--I know because I inspected it myself. Consider paying a little more to get the best job for the next 30+ years. Call Integrity Roofers and ask for Cory.

I have a flat roof. Over the years the roof has 'settled' so the rain water and melted snow doesn't reach the downspout. Shay and his team came up with a solution. They came, they executed their plan, they water tested it and I'm the happiest customer ever!!! I don't have to worry about my roof holding water anymore. The name says it all.

Shay and his team replaced our roof and third-floor deck in the summer of 2023. They also replaced a leaking skylight with a new Velux skylight. Prices were as quoted and the work was done in a reasonable time. We had a couple of deck boards that needed replacing after the winter. Shay was quick to respond and get the work done under warranty. We are very pleased with the service we received from Integrity Roofers and we highly recommend them.

Integrity did a great job. They removed my old skylight and installed a new Velux skylight with a solar powered shade. Not only were they fairly priced, they installed it when agreed and were always very punctual. I would highly recommend Shay and his team.

This company excells at customer service. The owner treats all clients like his own family. Highly recommend.

Umm the only company that charged me for an estimate - $169.50. I chose not to go with this company. They still will charge you for their estimate which no other company did (I had 3 other estimates). Learned my lesson - many better companies that don't charge for an estimate.. Stay far away from this company..

Contacted Integrity three years ago to assess the state of our roof after moving into a new home. They were one of four contractors we spoke with but stood out due to their nuanced and detailed analysis and no-pressure approach that had our best interests at heart (thanks Cory!). I knew we would hire them when ready to fix our roof so reached out to the next year to have a check-up and gutter clean, and then again the year after when small moisture bubbles began to appear on sections of our ceiling. Ours was a big job that required two different roofing crews (one for the flat roof portion and the second for the sloped roof shingles). Turned out some of the base boards under our flat roof were rotting and there was little to shield against water getting into the insulation underneath and no fire barrier (the roof was a developer build and around 17 yrs old). They brought the roof up to code with our rep, Cory and project manager Qais, keeping us informed along the way and answering our many detailed questions. The roofing team worked diligently through a nasty heat wave and made sure the job site was watertight when leaving for the day (there was a cloudburst the first night after they left when the first layer was applied, but we had no leakage issues, which was reassuring). There was a minor incident where one of the workers accidently stepped on a piece of rotting wood and punctured a small hole in our closet ceiling. But the company was quick to respond and repair the damaged dry wall at no additional cost. The contractor they sent to repair the ceiling also repainted and even did some other ceiling touch ups within a matter of days of the incident happening. The owner Shay also visited in person to check on the status of things and inspect the workmanship. He was clearly interested in making sure the job was done right. Our rep Cory provided photos throughout the process to show the stages of work and what they were finding and kept in touch throughout the project. This followed many detailed discussions prior to the job starting based on my many questions, including what may be needed should the base boards need replacing and the option to improve insulation. Qais, the project manager, was also available throughout to answer questions and address my anxieties. Thank you Cory, Qais and everyone who worked on our roof. We feel we received a top quality job and feel much more confident and secure knowing we now have a roof that is up to code and then some!

Just had one skylight to replace and I supplied the new unit. Despite being a small job for Shay and the Integrity team, I am sure this task was treated like much bigger contracts. Good communication. Good quality work. Good cleanup.
