    Installation of kitchen faucet and dishwasher

    Excellent service. I felt like they were committed to meeting the client's needs. When they came they respected my space with drop cloths, shoe coverings and they cleaned up. Friendly and professional at all times. Great to know this company is out in community delivering great value for services. Highly recommended.

    kitchen sink replacement

    thanks Khem and Lawrence for excellent prompt and reasonable service - great to work with! we highly recommend their advice which helped us to get the best product. not an emergency but we know who to call

    Blocked drain

    We called on a Saturday morning and made a time for just a couple of hours later. The plumber Khem arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, honest and fair, not to mention a really nice guy too! Even our dogs thought so. Highly recommend and would definitely call them again. Thanks Everest!

    Rough-ins in basement

    We had a backwater valve and rough-ins for a bathroom, shower and laundry sink installed in our basement in April, and overall were happy with the price and service. Khem made sure his crew did what they had promised.

    All New Plumbing in the House

    Khem i a great guy. His quote was competitive and he sounded like he knew what he was doing from very start so it made us feel comfortable to trust him with such a big job. He has a good team working for him too. They removed all the old plumbing from the house and installed everything new. The work was passed by the city inspector with no issues. I would call him again with any plumbing requests.

    sump pump back-up & old sink drain

    Agreed on install time was changed, we were not notified, but we agreed on alternative time and all was satisfactory. Back-up charger unit was not plugged in - a receptacle in the next room was the obvious solution. It was probably a long day for Khem as this job was done late on Friday. We asked them to help with an old bathroom drain which I had taken apart and couldn't re-install, major work was required, this included an old lead pipe. First repair leaked so they came back the next day and repaired at no extra charge. Overall a good performance by Everest and I would recommend them based on our experience with them.

    Basement back water valve, move existing waterlines

    Everest set up a time to quote the job promptly. Khem advised and answered questions regarding local plumbing codes and plumbing needs in my house. They were able to fit my job in quickly. Various teams handled different parts of the job, trenching, fitting, filling etc., all in an efficient and timely manner. The work was done when and as agreed, and to cost. Their cleanup was stellar too, no small consideration when folks are working in your house.

    repair power flush toilet

    Khem has been our plumber for several years now. He is an amazing trouble shooter, having solved a major sump pump problem for us several years ago. Khem is very professional, punctual, respectful of his clients and their property. We highly recommend him!

    replacement of basin faucet

    Khem had previously come out to help repair and electrically operated toilet that was faulty. Based on his previous professionalism, speed, and quality of work, we decided to call him out again. Same level of service and highly recommend him to others

    Sewer replacement and rough-ins

    We had to repour the concrete subfloor in our basement, so while we were at it we had several plumbers in to give quotes on installing rough-ins for a new bathroom. Khem and his team from Everest were quick to get back to us with a quote, which was very reasonable. He suggested putting in a back-water valve as well, which would be covered by a rebate from the city. We agreed to expose the drain and when we did, we found that the main sewer pipe was clay. When they showed up on site, Khem also noticed that the stack was rusted and leaking a bit (that's the joy of a 100+ year old house!). They quoted us a new price for all the work and completed everything within a week, including the inspection. We were always able to get in touch with Khem right away, which was great. One small piece of the rough-in job was missed but they came back to add it right away. The only small issue was that we found the door was left unlocked by one of his guys - who explained and apologized afterward. I would warmly recommend Khem as hard-working and conscientious. Thanks!
