Monterey Gazebo
It was a great experience! Our customer is delighted and everything went very smoothly. We used our own team to erect the structure and it was the first time they had done so. They were able to follow the instructions easily and everything went together in short order. We actually went back just last week to put the screens up ready for a summer of regular use. We will definitely recommend and use their products again in the future.

Garden Shed
I was impressed with all aspects of my new Garden Shed. I purchased it, picked it up and built it. Therefore, I know every piece that made up the garden shed and verified the completeness and quality of materials that were supplied. They truly exceeded my expectations (which were high to begin with).

Service Call
I had a little problem with the door which was handled by their field personal. They did a great job in handling the situation and tending to my needs. Within a short period of time the door was replaced with a new one and I was ready to start the staining process. The service Summerwood provided was excellent and I was really happy that I decided to go with the Summerwood on my cabana design.

We presently have two sheds at the house, a bunkie and a shed at the cottage and are very pleased with the installation, looks and product. We would be pleased to recommend your team to anyone.

an art studio
I ABSOLUTELY ADORE my studio. It was a great investment!! I have sent at least 4 of my friends your way: everyone who comes to our house falls in love with my 'art castle.' You get full marks and lots of starts from us! Summerwood has excellent customer service. The kit itself was reasonably priced: the total cost almost doubled for us because our skills and tools are limited so we had to hire helpers. I have never been so prolific in my art-making, and I credit the space for a large part of this!

Shed
Summerwood personnel were wonderful; they helped us with a referral to remove our old shed and concrete foundation for our new shed. The staff working on the installation were stellar.

Summerwood Install
A short note to praise Nick + team who installed the SONA tubes this week. What a great gang. Intelligent, hard-working and respectful of the site. Nick and crew are a credit to Summerwood and do a great job representing the company. We are looking forward to working with them on the install.

Purchased a shed
The shed is great. The whole experience has been a pleasure. The shed arrived in March 2012 in a truck and the young man who accompanied the shipment was so polite and helpful. We stacked the pieces in the back since there was still lots of snow around. Eventually we dug a pad, filled it with gravel for drainage and assembled it. It took a bit of time, but was relatively easy to assemble. Because the shed had been a demo and up for 2 years, the knob on the door latch was not perfect and eventually came off. I wrote Summerwood and several weeks later a replacement part came in the mail from the supplier in Vancouver, no questions asked. The shed has turned out to be the perfect size. We put chicken wire under the eaves (inside) to keep out the urban wildlife. I love the cedar smell when I walk in. I can see it from my window and it is most handsome. I have had some compliments on it. My partner still has a hard time believing I bought it on-line, sight unseen. It pays to deal with a reputable company.
