Javid came quickly to fix a broken Central Vacuum. He was knowleable, efficient and curteous. Would definitely recommend him!

Javid was available to come same day, examined my central Vac system. and took care of the problem right away. He was honest, kind and a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend calling him. The service he offered was inckuded in his 1 hour visit rate, and I was happy to work with someone that is transparent and clear, so there are no hidden costs or surprises. Definitely someone to go back to.

Javid came and assessed my existing central vac and gave me the option of a repair or a replacement. I replaced the unit given the age of my current vac and everything was completed in 45 mins. Excellent service.

We contacted HR to get a professional to help us unclog our central vacuum pipes. There No section in the upstairs inlets. We have had multiple people come over and try to clear to the blockage to no avail. Javid Responded to my inquiry through Home stars immediately. When I spoke to him, his interpersonal skills were fantastic, his knowledge and confidence that hed be able to determine what the issue was if he could come out and have a look as well as his reasonable Reasons we let him come out and give it a shot. He came the next day and showed up on time, and got right to work. Before Javed came, I had a little faith that anyone would be able to resolve this issue and that we would have to cut into the walls and replace our whole central vacuum pipe system. But Javid, with his knowledge and determination located the problem and cleared the blockage. It was not a straightforward blockage issue and it took him three hours to resolve it, but we are so thankful for us determination and that he did not give up until the job was done. Thank you, Javid because of you we can enjoy our central vacuum throughout our entire house now For the first time in many years

Very happy & satisfied with the service provided to check/advise our central vacumn which suddenly stopped working. Was under the impression that the motor died out. Javid called and after getting information that the power light was on, advised me that its best to first check the issue. He came the following day and informed that the motor was good and he replaced some part to ensure connectivity to trigger the appliance and did some cleaning maintenance. The central vacuum is now fully operational with a strong suction . Javids very knowledgeable and his service right from making the call to completion is very very professional. Will definitely recommend him. Thank you Javid for the excellent service in repairing my central vacumn and saving on my expense in considering a new one.

I was looking at installing a central vacuum system for my new house which was already roughed in. I chose to go with my own service provider or do a DIY as the Builder's provider didn't have a system of the quality that Cana-Vac (manufacturer) offered and was expensive compared to a DIY options available from the Big Box stores or online retailers. I found City Vacuum through Homestars and Javid was extremely responsive and offered a very reasonable price. When I was ready to proceed, he was able to install immediately and provided excellent service and a great quality installation. I would definitely recommend.

Javid is very courteous, and professional. We had a central vac that stopped working. Javid gave us two options: - Change the motor of the existing - install a new one with better reliability and warranty We opt for a new one. He spent time in installing new pipe to accommodate the new unit (it looks nice and tidy), and checked all the outlets for leakage. Fixed one and cleaned up after. He assured us that he is available 24/7 should we have a problem with the unit. Should anyone ask, we highly recommend this company. Thank you, Javid.

With a myriad of service providers, its sometimes difficult to know who you should turn to. I cant say enough about Javidhes knowledgable, confidence-inspiring, reliable, efficient and affordable, but also warm, friendly and completely trustworthy. Hes my only vacuum guy from now on!
