    Look no further

    Grateful to have found ODS. Mark, Hector and their team have done multiple repairs for me in the past. Most recently, they did a fairly significant replacement to a section of flat roof and all the eaves and gutters. He kept me up to date during the work and informed me of anything that was of concern. Mark is responsive, punctual and does not cut corners. He takes great pride in his work, keeps the site clean and goes above and beyond, doing whats best to provide a long term solution. I would not hesitate to hire ODS the future.

    Complete Eaves Replacement

    After a brief call with Harvey and a quick visit with both Harvey and Mark my mind was made up that Ontario Downspout Service would be doing the job on my home. The job was completed expertly and in a very timely manner. The crew was professional and cleaned up to the point you couldn't even tell a work crew had been on site. In the rainstorms since, it's been amazing to watch how efficiently the new system handles the water and we have no more waterfalls over the troughs in our backyard! I can't recommend the team at Ontario Downspout Service highly enough!

    Eavesdropping, soffit replacement

    Install Metal Gutters
    Ontario Downspout Service did an excellent job from start to finish! Completed all work as expected and involved us in various options and improvements throughout the process. Workers were efficient, did a quality job and both cleanups on the removal of old parts and final installation was perfectly done! It was a pleasure dealing with the company owners and the on site workers. We have already recommended Ontario Downspout Service to a neighbour and would not hesitate to continue doing so!

    soffit and eves trough replacement

    Ontario Downspout Services exceeded our expectations. Their doorknob hanger ad directed us to a completed project nearby. Its black soffits and eves troughs were exactly what we were looking for. A quick response to our call from Harvey (father and co-owner) made it clear that the owners were hands on subject matter experts able and willing to discuss special requirements with novice clients. A prompt visit from Harvey and son Mark provided a reasonable estimate and convinced us that we would be in good hands. Their work crew was professional and co-owner Mark was there hands-on from the start. They found a practical solution for providing pot lights in our front eve. Mark designed an elegant solution for the eves trough and downspout for our large patio awning. Perfectly accurate measurements were discretely made, and on installation day we saw them lay out 15 or 20 pre-cut subsections around our property. The team then assembled all the eves troughs and downspouts in short order. Were delighted with the finished product and the professional execution. Were planning to book them for additional siding installation next spring.

    Serviced flashing

    Amazing service they fixed a chimeny flashing for me that was detaching from the roof free of charge. Company does not price gouge and are out there to truly help people out in need! Complete respect to this company!

    custom metal capping

    Roof Leak

    My parents house had a bad roof leak. Mark came out immediately to stop the leak. He explained to us that we had to replace our roof and eavestrough. From start to finish everything was as discussed. The work was done quickly and professionally. The clean was the best Ive ever seen. It was clear these guys were extremely experienced. The new house looks great. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs a roof or eavestrough.

    Full roof and eavestrough replacement including venting

    First chatted with Harvey in the early summer to discuss the work and was immediately impressed with the knowledge and analysis based Google Maps overhead view. Mark swung by a few days later to get on the roof to validate things and ensure understanding of the scope. Quick follow-up with a clear estimate and line item pricing for potential items that would be decided upon during the work itself in consultation with homeowner. Great communication leading up to the start date as this type of work is very weather dependent. Mark and his team arrived promptly every morning and were professionals from the get go. Kept me informed on progress including pictures and left the work site in really great shape each evening. One outdoor light got damaged during the work and Mark had his electrician come by to replace promptly after job completion - job finished on a Friday, light was replaced on the following Wednesday. This company are professionals who know what they are doing! Pleasure to work with.

    Full Roof Replacement - Gable and Flat

    Mark and his team were great in a difficult situation. We had our full roof replaced and new eavestroughs put up. He worked us in quickly and replaced the shoddy work we inherited when we bought our house. There were a few unexpected surprises, but Mark guided us through it all with confidence. The end result is a roof we can trust for many years. Highly recommend!
