After watching "Holmes Inspection", I was very wary of home inspectors and wanted to make sure that they did a good job. Michael brought his heat scanner and showed where there were gaps in the insulation in the basement. He found out where there was a lack of water barrier against the basement wall. He did a very thorough inspection of the property, including a thorough inspection of the roof. He also recommended a good pool inspector as well. Michael explained everything to us as he was going through the inspection and gave us a very thorough report including pictures which detailed all of his findings. Overall, we were very happy and confident with the service that he provided. He did everything that we knew he should do from watching many episodes of "Holmes Inspection". I would highly recommend Holley Home Inspection.

We recently hired Michael for a specialized inspection on windows installation (replacement of old windows). Given his extensive experience in construction projects, legislation and industry standards, Michael was the perfect fit for this task. He was very diligent and professional in inspecting the installation in details according to the Building Code and Standard for Windows and Door Installation. He clearly explained us the fine line between standards regulations and best building practices. It’s worthwhile to mention that I sent Michael a number of pictures for preview; he took plenty of his time to explain us over the phone issues he found and answered all our questions; he went picture by picture highlighting his concerns over the installation and provided lots of additional information. Michael followed up with us twice in the next evening to resume the conversation and bring new information.
