    Friendly service

    Michael was very generous in providing me with resources I needed to further inspect my unit. He was helpful in navigating me through the process and went into detail on the specification that legal rentals must have. I highly suggest calling his company if you ever need advice or aid in inspecting your rental unit. Thanks Michael!

    Building inspection

    I was referred to Holly inspection by my realtor and Im happy that I contacted them. They were very good in identifying the decencies. Cost was also good.

    Roof inspection

    We contacted Michael to determine the source of a leak in our house. He responded quickly and resourcefully determined the likely cause before even coming over. He and his assistant were very professional and thorough, and Michael has been so pleasant to work with. He has gone above and beyond to make recommendations for repairs and tradespeople based on his extensive experience. He is a true pleasure to work with and we will certainly use his services again.

    Very satisfied

    Michael was thorough in his inspection. He arrived on time with his assistant and completed everything in an hour and provided us with the report the very same day. We were very satisfied with our experience and highly recommend him for any home inspection needs.

    Incredibly helpful advice on cold spots

    Michael was incredibly helpful in helping me understand where and why I was experiencing cold spots in an upstairs bedroom. His great knowledge and expertise allowed me to find a simple DIY solution that can save me a lot in the end. I really appreciate it Michael!

    Superb Top To Bottom 60 Year Old Home Inspection

    Michael and his team are outstanding. Not only did the crew show up on time, but they also showed up early and had already done an external review (including the roof) before I had even arrived home. When I arrived Michael walked through everything in the home with me, educating me on every aspect of the home along the way. In addition to the great commentary and extensive walkthrough of the home in-person, the report he provided (quick ~24 hour turnaround) was very detailed. In addition to providing the report, Michael called me and walked through key takeaways of the report as well. I highly recommend Michael and Holley Home.
