Mr. Holley is a thorough no-nonsense professional, he will undertake to the best of his knowledge and ability to give you a detailed and thorough report that illustrates the issues with your problem. His demeanor is professional, complete transparency where he exercises due diligence in conveying his professionalism and experience. Enough cannot be said about his overwhelming experience. If you want the desired result and are willing to go the extra mile in retaining someone who knows what to look for with many years of experience, I suggest you look no further.

Both Michaels were a pleasure to deal with in booking and during the home inspection. They were very knowledgable about all the aspects of the home, and were very good at explaining what the more critical things to pay attention to were, while still noting every smaller issue or detail. After the inspection, a verbal summary was given of all the findings, later followed by a detailed report the next day. Would highly recommend!

Mike arranged a visit within a day of my contacting him. He offered expert advice and made solid recommendations. I would highly recommend him as a highly knowledgeable, experienced and home inspector. He assessed the outside of our house and told us that we can avoid an expensive waterproofing option.

Michael Holley and his team are very professional and thorough with their home inspections. I have worked with his team member Michael Greenberg on a couple of inspections and had a fantastic experience. Micheal was very patient and showed up before the scheduled time. He took detailed pictures and answered all our questions. He has a wealth of knowledge about construction materials and various codes and standards and will always do the right thing. They have a wealth of knowledge and I highly recommend Holley inspections for both residential and commercial inspections.

Had a little bit of an issue with having proper knowledge of home inspection. I luckily found Mike's business through a Google search. Let me just say I am absolutely pleased with the professionalism, and knowledge of mike. He helped me to understand all the Liability, and potential problems from not having a proper home inspection done. If your are in the market for home inspection he's your guy!

I contacted Holley Home Inspections when my flat roof started leaking like a faucet, even after being repaired for the exact same issue earlier in the year by a certified roofer. I spoke with Mike who immediately understood the issue and sent out one if his team, who Mike described as a flat roof expert. Using a special infrared camera and visual inspection the issue was identified and properly repaired all in the same day. I doubt I can properly express how relieved and thankful we are. Let me also add that I honestly believe Mike is the most honest, caring, empathetic individual I have ever met in the renovation/repair business. Mike takes pride in delivering his services and ensuring that the outcome is a win-win scenario. I wish I would have investigated Holley Home Inspections sooner. I sincerely thank you Mike for your service; the amount of relief we feel in knowing the issue is resolved is indescribable.

Michael was very knowledgeable and walked through my house pointing out many issues that I would have not noticed. He spent 1.5 hours at the home and was very detailed when explaining to me the issues I needed to know. I def recommend him!
