We had a problem with our fridge. We hired a person to come in and look at it. He quoted $100 to assess it. He started "looking" at the fridge. He said it was a problem with the freezer. He spent 25 minutes here, and billed us $340. No parts, all labour. Called them to complain, and immediately gave $100 rebate? Definitely would not recommend to ANYONE.Answer from pro:

My dishwasher was leaking. Raul came at the agreed time, and quickly found the issue and recommended I replace the appliance as repairing would be more expensive, even though it would be more business for him to sell me on repairs. I later asked him to install the new appliance I purchased on my own, as he was easier to deal with and available earlier than the store's installer.Answer from pro:
