    Walk in cooler

    I called certified mechanical they fix my walking coller .Anthony is very nice guy he is very professional.

    Fixing my dryer

    Highly recommend. Ronie did a very good job in fixing my dryer. He take initiative in clenching the whole dryer. My dryer is running very smoothly like a new one.

    Air conditioner repair

    My AC not cooling and I found Certified Mechanical and called them , they came within 2 hours and able to repair the AC right away , I was so happy that the cooling is working again, thanks

    Furnace Repair

    Our furnace broke down in the weekend , I called Certified Mechanical and they provide quick and prompt service and they able to fix my furnace in no time , thanks we have heat again.

    KitchenAid Fridge - Door not shutting properly

    Excellent company to deal with. Texted them last night and Anthony responded immediately. The repair man Raul and his assistant arrived today. They quickly determined what the issue was and fixed a loose screw problem with our fridge door. Very professional, honest and so easy to deal with. We had them fix our fridge water filter last year and they also did a great job with a fast turnaround with ordering new parts and doing the installation. We will continue to use and refer them

    Product

    Im having a trouble with my dryer which is not heating, then i called one of the employee named Raul. He fixed my dryer really well he said that the dryer is venting at the back of the house and the air is not circulating properly. I'm satisfied to the service that he gave cause Raul explains the resolution and prevention as well.

    Prompt service and effective repairs

    I used Certified Mechanical and I am very happy and satisfied with the service I received. The technician showed up on time and fixed my cooler. It is now cooling again after they finished with the repair. I highly recommend them as they are very efficient. Thank you!!!

    Technician was not knowledgeable and left without having helped

    A technician came and was absolutely unhelpful, and was borderline inept. The guy came in to diagnose the problem. He had some tools, took apart our door, opened the filter on our washer. To his credit, he said it was a door lock issue. Then he quoted us $600 to fix this for labour and parts. Which is absolutely ridiculous. A quick google search tells us that the part is $200. He made us pay for his parking too, and refused to give a receipt for his payment. Later we hired another technician who did the same task perfectly for $300, almost half the price. When we started running the machine, it started leaking water from the filter. The previous guy didn't even know how to PUT THE FILTER BACK ON properly. Terrible job, overpriced, and unprofessional.

    Terrible Service Technician

    Very unprofessional experience and would not recommend to anyone. Stay far away unless your okay with being belittled and disrespected in your own home. On top of it the technician is now calling us directly quoting the feedback the manager was provided. I no way is this right!
