    Furnace & Hot Water Tank

    We were so happy with the work Distinct Heating did for us. After getting a few quotes, we were confident we made the right choice in Disinct Heating. Although it was more expensive than some of the other companies, the benefits far outweigh the difference of a few dollars. Nate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful from the moment he came for the quote. The installers were very punctual, courteous and incredibly clean. From start to finish we were very impressed by the professionalism and expertise and we would recommend this company without hesitation.

    Air conditioner/Furnace Install

    The most impressive aspect of Distinct's service was the level of technical knowledge. Nate took extra time to answer all questions to our satisfaction with the result being that we were extremely comfortable and confident in the systems we were buying. The installation went smoothly and all appointments were made on time and all costs were held to the quoted budget. Distinct is truly a professional outfit and we will be a long-term customer!

    Furnace repair

    We have used Distinct Heating and Cooling a number of times and they are always responsive, great customer service, willing to answer any and all questions and a pleasure to do business with. We highly recommend them.

    New Furnace Installation

    Distinct Heating & Cooling replaced our home's original furnace. They(Nate) were the only company that explained exactly how the furnace was to be installed. They were also the only company that noticed that our basement did not have enough heating vents and did a great job putting more in. Landon and Greg were very professional, friendly and left the everything spotless. I would not hesitate to recommend Distinct Heating & Cooling to my closest friends and family.

    A/C Installation

    Nate's crew were very professional and did an excellent job of installing our a/c unit and cleaning up. Nate came to the house after installation was complete to personally check the work and give us instructions on how to operate the unit, as well as tips for optimal useage. My family and I are eagerly looking forward to next summer so we can actually use the unit considering installation occured at the end of September. Any future HVAC work will be contracted to Nate and his crew! Thank you.

    Furnace Installation

    We recently contracted with Distinct to replace 2 furnaces in our home along with the replacement of AC coils, new thermostats and filter systems. Dealing with Nate and his team was an absolute pleasure. Nate is very knowledgeable, thorough and clearly explained every detail in a professional manner. Landon and Greg managed the installation in a prompt and efficient manner and the quality of their workmanship was second to none. I would highly recommend Distinct for any HVAC project, repair or maintenance!

    Furnace

    We contacted quite a few companies for quotes on the installation of two furnaces for our home. Nate was on time, and spent time explaining what we would need for our specific situation. He was the only one who made a suggestion that involved more work, but made better sense for the install in our home and we are very grateful for that. The install was done well with care and consideration for our home and yard. Greg and Landon were very professional and at the end of the job cleaned up very well. No corners were cut and the new furnaces look and work great. Nate followed up with a visit to inspect the job and to show us how to use the thermostat. We are incredibly impressed with the quality of the service, work and product supplied. Would not hesitate to recommend Distinct.

    Furnace Install

    Nate was awesome from start to finish. He is very passionate about what he does and it certainly shows. His team who took care of the install were polite, considerate, very tidy and did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend Distinct Heating and Cooling to anyone.

    Furnace Repair / New Thermostat

    Nate and his company have certainly earned their reputation on HomeStars. My furnace quit on one of the first cool nights of the year so I did some online research and found Distinct Heating and Cooling. One telephone call and Nate was booked for the morning of the next day. He made a quick diagnosis of the problem, told me what needed to be replaced and what the cost would be and also fixed and cleaned up the existing wiring (which was a mess!). There were also various problems with my humidifier which Nate fixed up as well. Nate then explained that my home's temperature and humidity control problems would be solved with a newer thermostat and with a no-sales-pressure approach, he presented various models for me to consider. I opted to go with a York digital thermostat and can now control my home's temperature and humidity from my phone and iPad. Don't call anyone else if you need heating or cooling services or products!

    Air Conditioner including installation.

    Nate the owner came and walked us through the process and provided a quote. The installation was done exactly as planned. The staff were knowledgeable and efficient. Nate came to inspect the work and show us how to operate the system. He also left us with a Spring/Fall checklist which we will definitely use. An overall excellent experience! Thanks Nate & Team!
