High marks all around, for timing, efficiency, quality, expertise, cleanup and overall results... I had the removal of the existing roof layer, and installation of new tiles, had all the proper upgrades done like the ice water shields, flashing and sheet metal work, venting etc and this was all done in one work day.

I contacted Eduart for a quote to replace our roof, he came at the first opportunity and went up on the roof to assess the project. It was at their busiest time so we anticipated 6 weeks to wait but he called within 2 weeks to say he had a cancellation and could come the following day. The crew were meticulously tidy, when I arrived home after work the first day you would have no idea they had been there, other than 3/4 of the roof completed. On their follow up visit, the whole crew were so polite in our interactions and again extremely diligent in clean up. Safe work practices and quality work were important to us and Eclipse delivered. Considering you are relying on reviews when you do a detailed web search and you hope that the work of the contractor accurately reflects the reviews, I was so impressed with their responsiveness, their work, and their pricing. Congratulations Oleg and Eduart, you now have a customer for life!

I contacted Oleg about replacing my eaves around my house. He replied promptly and showed up when he said he would. He was very professional and friendly and walked me through everything I needed to do. On the day we arranged for the work to be done his team showed up promptly and professionally installed the new eaves trough with leaf guards. When the work was complete they cleaned up. They did a beautiful job. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Eduart and his team did an excellent job on my 100+ year-old roof. Part of the roof is flat and part of it is pitched including a dormer. So, they had many angles to deal with. The previous owners had been layering tile over tile so the whole thing needed to be scaped back to the boards. The attention to detail was evident at all stages of the job. For example, they developed flashing for parts of the roof that we never discussed to handle potential pooling of water; trimming a section of roof tile that was cut a bit unevenly; taking extra care to secure all aspects of eaves troughs from a prior job. There were absolutely no surprises; the workmen were all clean, respectful, and efficient. My neighbours noticed (and in a good way). The quoted price was now cheap but the project came in on budget. I have 100% confidence that the work will last.

Our very old east end Toronto house required some serious updating to the siding, eaves, soffit and fascia. Oleg and his crew were professional throughout, communicated well and completed the job as promised. I am so thrilled with the results and Oleg couldn't have been easier to deal with - even taking pictures so he could show me the original finish underneath the old siding! I highly recommend Eclipse.

I found Eclipse on Homestars and asked Eduart to come and give me a quote on my roof. My house is a semi in the Upper Beach built in 1908. It has a barn-type roof on one section and a flat roof on one of the additions. I thought the shingles on the "barn-type" roof were probably going to need replacing and I knew there were a few other issues up there, like an intermittent leak around one of the skylights, a loose bit of eavestrough, a roof vent here, some chimney flashing there... and I was a bit concerned about the flat roof. Eduart could have convinced me to do everything, but he said I have another 5 years on the barn-type roof. The flat roof was not in good shape. When it was put on when the addition was built it had not been torched down and was not insulated. Though he didn't recommend it as his first choice, Eduart also presented me with a cheaper option (to cover the existing roof) which would have saved about $2000, but, removing the bad roof and doing it right made a lot more sense to me. Eduart and his crew took care of everything within about 1 1/2 days of work (the weather is always a factor with roof work, of course). Eduart took "before and after" pictures and we reviewed them together. His crew was great. Very clean and polite guys. After they left, there was no sign at all that they had been there, except for the repairs that were impeccable. For example, they didn't just put more flashing and caulking around the leaking skylight - they took the whole skylight off and put new material all around it. I will definitely call Eduart again in 5 years when the other roof needs to be re-shingled. Service and attention to detail are # 1.

Above and beyond service. I was worried because I'd found a couple pieces of missing shingles on the ground (and with all of this rain...) Eclipse quoted me a reasonable price and time. I was pleased with how the nice, professional man ( I'm afraid I didn't catch his name!). examined the roof carefully and took pictures for me. He said there were no missing shingles after all. Yay! But instead he did find some things up there that might cause some problems down the road and went out of his way to fix them for us, at no extra charge! We feel like our roof is in good hands with Eclipse, and we will most definitely call them whenever there are any roofing jobs to do!!

The wind in my neighbour blew out my siding. Was very worried that it would cause damage to my neighbours' property. Got a reasonably priced quote from Ecplise, two weeks later and the job was done within two hours. No mess was left behind and they took the old siding that had fallen off, which I put to the side, with them. Only drawback, they were late to the job. They offered to lower the cost, but I just wanted the work over and done with.

My roof needed to be reshingled and all of the wood underneath needed to be replaced due to mold. They did a fantastic job. Very quick, very professional, and very thorough with the clean up.
