Edson was very professional and helped me at every step along the way. I was concerned about what the final look would be and he was very helpful with describing possible outcomes to me. The final look is perfect and he ever organized a final polish just before moving in to the house after a month of the floor being covered. It is perfect.

We had the team at Unique Touch Concrete Design polish the floors for durability and easy cleaning. The floor came out beautiful and they were quick, professional and nice people. Our problem was with the floor that was poured (not done by Unique Touch). I would recommend making sure that you know who is pouring your floor as the product can only be as good as the materials they are working with. I would hire them again!

My wife and I hired Unique Touch to polish the floor in our basement. We were in a similar situation to the previous reviewer; our basement was flooded a while back and we wanted a no-fuss floor solution in case it happened again. From first contact, Edson and Tony were extremely helpful and spent time on the phone with us to ensure we understood the process and what the finished product would be. The crew arrived on time every morning, they covered the necessary areas of our house and made sure to clean up and return everything to original state when they finished. The end result is a magnificent looking floor. Their attention to detail was superb and the 40 year old slab looks great. We initially thought we'd need new concrete poured over top the old slab but Edson ensured us he could get the original one shining, and they delivered on that promise. Communications were excellent and all questions were answered in the process. I can't recommend these guys enough!

After our basement was flooded we needed a new floor that would not be damaged in a similar event. We chose polished concrete with Unique Touch Concrete Design and I couldn't be happier. Working with Edson and his crew was a great experience. He was honest, hard-working, stayed in communication the whole time, and did a beautiful job. Edson was upfront about what to expect and worked to make the best of the concrete we had. He finished on-schedule and at an excellent price. The floors really are spectacular and I will be sad to cover it with furniture.

We met Tony Ferreira in August 2013 just after pouring our concrete floor in our basement. We talked to 3 concrete finishing companies and Tony came across as the most experienced, knowledgeable and sincere. His pricing and time lines were also spot on. Needless to say Tony did an amazing job on our basement floor. The other trades working on our project were equally impressed. Tony realized that we still had many months of construction work ahead of us and offered to come back after the trades had left to re-polish the floor at no cost to us. On May 30, 2014 Tony came back as promised and spent hours bringing the floor to a lustrous finish. A man of his word! Thank you Tony and Unique Touch Concrete Design for a fabulous job!
