    Carpenter Ant interior wall damage requiring repairs

    After discovering Carpenter ants in our bedroom, we were told we might have mold in our walls. It was very stressful getting quotes from companies and feeling scared that our house was going to fall down around us, but Richard assured us that he would look after us, and it wasn't as bad as other companies were leading us to believe. He felt we didn't have a mold problem, but set up a mold containment on the room before tearing open the problem wall, just to be safe and to put our minds at rest. He opened the wall, advised us to get an exterminator, then dried everything out, repaired the minor wood damage, discovered a hole to the exterior, which was sealed and will be repaired on the exterior next week. The room was drywalled and left ready for us to paint, as per our request. They also looked after some mold in our bathtubs, and will be replacing the roof, repairing the exterior damage which allowed rain to get in the wall, and repairing some damage on the exterior of our chimney. Richard was very kind and took the time to walk us through this whole process. His workmen who have come to do the work are polite, respectful, and tidy up after each day's work. The price was very reasonable, and we felt that we were treated fairly and respectfully every step of the way. He took us through a horrible situation and it didn't cost the arm and leg that the other companies were telling us to be "prepared for". I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asked, and can't wait to see the lovely new roof we are getting next week!

    House Clean

    Probably the best clean I have ever received. I have asthma so I appreciated the use of all natural environmentally friendly products. They spent a long time in the bathroom scrubbing the tub, and finally got the residue out there and left with the house smelling super fresh and clean. No complaints.

    Cleaning

    I supervised the thorough cleaning of an elderly client's apartment. Tina and her team were on time, well organized and did what they had committed to doing, and did so with compassion and efficiency, taking care not to dispose of things the client may have wanted to keep. The client was very pleased. Thank you Tina and your team!

    Cat Urine Odor Removal

    We purchased a home that had previously been occupied by multiple animals and we noticed an odor at the time of inspection but figured it was due to the litter boxes. Turns out after we moved in, that the smell was ingrained in the basement and throughout the venting system. We immediately contacted Richard from Enviropure as they were recommended as the best by our realtor. He came to our house for an inspection within a few days of receiving our request for help and was confidant that he could completely eradicate the problem. About a week later they were in and out within a few hours while we were at work and the problem was totally fixed! Our home smelled amazing and we were so happy that we could continue making our home our own and that we didn't have to keep dealing with this re occurring nightmare if we had tried to clean it ourselves. The With these kinds of odors Richard knew we needed a multiple step approach and he was bang on the money! We would recommend them for any home cleaning services and especially odor removal! Also... if you get a dictated email in reply to your inquiry it's quite the laugh! Their professionalism yet good humor was a pleasure to work with. :)

    cleaned up carpet and smell

    I wanted to wait for 6-8 weeks to see if it really worked. Well, here's my review. We bought a home that had been heavily smoked in and also smelled horribly of cat urine. I called three companies to quote in the clean up. One of them just walked away, another showed up and just pushed ozone and promised that's all I needed. Then Enviropure First Response came in. Richard and Tina obviously knew what they were talking about and recommended their. Enviropure Advantage Program. I was sceptical until I saw what it involved. It was a multi step plan of cleaning and odour removal. They cleaned, removed some carpet, sealed some damages flooring and used An ozone machine. It was not nice being out of our house for the weekend , but it was worth it. The house smells amazing still and it has been 7 weeks since the work was done. They cleaned our carpets meticulously and also did duct cleaning and a furnace clean. The professionalism was amazing and my wife and I strongly recommend Enviropure to anyone who has a big odour problem at their house!!! thanks again

    Deep clean

    I hired Enviropure to do a "deep clean"/spring cleaning of my house. They sent a team of four so the task was completed in a very short time. The team was efficient and did a very good job, including washing the inside windows, cleaning the baseboards, and multiple other things that I can't even count. I appreciated the team's professionalism and thoroughness, and the ease of working with Enviropure.

    Deep Clean of Home

    I got myself into a serious situation due to depression. Tina and Rick came into my home to see what the situation was. They made me feel like I was important and respected. Their team was absolutely amazing with the clean up. They respected me and my home. I couldn't believe how much work their team did in the time they were in my home. I have made great steps with my depression and their team enabled me to see a brighter tomorrow.

    Kitchen renovation

    Lacking storage in kitchen, decided to remove a wall to make an island. I hired Renopro which is part of Enviropure. The owner quoted the job and drew contract. With 30% down they began the work. Slow going, I began questioning the workmanship, only to find out money was withdrawn from credit card without authorization. I asked for permit, design,schedule,and scope of work and got nothing. Red flags went up, and asked to meet to no avail. Owner gave me every excuse in the book for delays. I proceeded to get inspection from city. Their work failed to meet code. Beware!!!! Now it is costing over 20000$ to repair their mess!

    With the greatest of respect, the information in this review is completely wrong and misleading. The BBB is also investigating as many of the claims are false. We refuse to enter into a back and forth argument as this client has refused our requests to even attempt to solve any issues. We believe this came down to a financial situation. We were asked to suspend work on the project as she had family or friends who could complete the work for less money. The client then Claimed the work wasn't completed properly when we weren't even finished the job. We wish her well and it is unfortunate that this has ended like this. We have repeatedly offered to continue and finish the work we started. Our lead contractor is a highly skilled and gifted craftsman, and our offers to complete the job have gone without response. All monies taken from credit card were set out in the agreement. The deposit as well as two monthly payments out of 6. When the client asked that no more Payments be taken as per the agreement, we immediately stopped. The client continually changed the scope of work which caused delays. As all cabinets were custom made by our company, repeated changes in design only slowed the process. Our pricing was less than half of what most contractors would charge, and we wanted to help this client due to circumstances in her life. We also had our team go in And help to do a total Decluttering and organizing of her home due to the overwhelming nature of the situation on The clients health. We still leave an open offer to help conclude the work for this client. It is unfair to claim that a project is not completed properly or didn't pass inspection when you ask the company to stop work so you can hire someone else. Of course it wouldn't pass inspection when the work isn't yet complete. All electrical work however was inspected by ESA and passed perfectly, as that part of the project WAS completed. We have completed many projects with clients extremely happy with our service and workmanship, I believe some have even reviewed us here on this site. We are going to reach out again to this client.

    carpet cleaning

    I had Eco-Pro Carpet cleaning visit last weekend and had a very positive experience. They removed pet stains that other companies in the past could not. Furniture was moved and cleaned around, and they were very friendly. I would highly recommend their service. Thanks to Dean and his crew!

    cleaning up weeds in hedge

    Once we received the written estimate and job description we were very pleased with the work provided by this company in performing the delicate task of removing poison ivy and other weeds from our hedge. Made sure we were pleased with their work before leaving. Would recommend them for similar work to other people.
