    Second Floor Addition - Structural Engineers

    My experience with Arvin and Pezhman was positive from the first time we spoke right through to the finish. They are extremely professional, provide excellent quality work, meet short timelines, and a pleasure to deal with. They all answered all inquiries in great detail for us.     Load bearing wall removal and beam placement

    The engineers were extremely professional, and most of all they listened to my needs and understood a sense of urgency. They made me feel as a client and not just another job. I would reccommend them to all.

    FIRE DAMAGED RESTORATION AND REPAIR

    Our neighbour's house fire crossed over into our house. It burnt over 50 percent of our building. In order to repair the damage caused by the fire and water we had to produce architectural and structural drawing by professional engineers . After meeting several engineers and architects, we decided to go with Arvin and Pezhman of Rigid Frame Structural Engineers Inc. Both Arvin and Pezhman came out to the damaged property to assess the condition of the building and prepared a solution to repair and reconstruct the building. We were impressed with the way they dealt with the repair issues and gave us confidence not only in their drawings; they went beyond, impressing us with their guidance throughout the process of repair and reconstruction. Their service and consultation covered: the full Architectural and Engineering drawings; HVAC and plumbing; and most importantly, obtaining the necessary permits from the city of Toronto. Both Arvin and Pezhman always took the time to provide us with the answer when any question arose during the construction work. We are very satisfied with their services and we will not hesitate to recommend Arvin and Pezhman to anyone who requires their Architectural and Engineering skills provided with a friendly manner.     Structural Design

    We have been using Rigid Frame Structural Engineers now for two years. The Firm has been professional and prompt in every stage of our projects. Arvin and Pezhman are tremendously helpful and courteous in getting structural design done. We definitely will keep using them in our future projects and would also recommend their services to anyone who needs structural advice. Thanks for the outstanding job!

    Commercial Work

    I have worked with Arvin and Pezhman on a number of commercial and residential projects over the past number of years - often for unusual or unique structural applications. They are ALWAYS a pleasure to work with and provide excellent, detailed, and concise drawings. I have yet to have any of their work questioned by the city during the permit phase and they are responsive whenever the client has a request or needs an explanation. I feel very fortunate to have them as part of my team.

    Structural Engineering services

    I have worked with Arvin and Pezhman from Rigid Frame Structural Engineers Inc. on several residential projects over the past year. Every single project has been a great experience. They make everything in their structural designs very clear to understand and are readily available to help by phone, email or in person if their are any questions or changes required. They are also very good at delivering on time and giving you timelines that allow you to effectively work off of and plan from. I would highly recommend you give these guys a try for your next project. Thanks guys for providing an excellent service.

    Site Visit and Drawings

    Arvin and Pezhman were able to come out to the renovation site quickly and were thorough in their assessment of the work recommended to be completed. They ensured I understood the work required and provided the drawings within their promised time frame and agreed upon cost. They responded to phone calls and emails in a timely manner. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

    engineer drawings

    After doing a lot of research to find an engineer, I was so pleased with Pezhman's work. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He is a great communicator. He took the time to answer all of my questions. He is honest, reliable and a very skilled engineer! My drawings were accepted as submitted to the city without any followup needed with the city. I would recommend Rigid Frames any day!

    New House Re-build

    Our home was destroyed by a fire. Pezhman and Arvin were quick and efficient with supplying us with the a scope and reasonable estimate. The process for obtaining a permit is complicated and slow. Rigid Frames provided the architectural drawings and structural drawings which needed to be revised several times. They met all deadlines as promised. I am great full for their professionalism and expertise. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing architectural, structural or help with the building of their home. Danny

    Full Architectural and Structural drawings for Permit and constrcution

    I hired Rigid Frame to provide me a complete permit drawings (architectural, structural , etc.) to be submitted to the City . I got my permit in the estimated timeline. The project was an extensive renovation and extension of my split style home. Pezhman and Arvin patiently answered all my questions and provided me with all my wish lists. The construction is now on-going and I am retaining Rigid Frame for the complete project management. I recommend Rigid Frame without any reservations.
