    highly recommend this team

    This review is long overdue. Ive been working with Rigid Frame since 2022 and have used their services for multiple projects, including my own house in Toronto. The Rigid Frame team is highly experienced and exceptional in architectural design, structural engineering, and construction. Having worked with several design teams in the past, I feel fortunate to have found them at the right time. While they may not be the cheapest option, they are absolutely worth every penny. Communication is seamless, and throughout the construction process, its incredibly valuable to receive a professional response right on the spot. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking to work with a company that truly understands the entire construction process from A to Z. Thank you, Arvin and Pezhman, for all your hard work and dedication. My next project will definitely be coming to you soon!

    Good price and service

    We've just finished a big renovation with the help of Rigid Frame Inc., and I can't express enough how much theyve made the whole process easier. They took the stress of coordination and work right off my shoulders. Communication during the design phase was a breeze, and the underpinning was done to such high standards that even the city's inspector noticed and praised it. We're so close to moving in, and I just want to give a huge thanks to the Rigid Frame Builders team for their hard work and dedication around the clock. We really appreciate everything they've done!

    We've just finished a big renovation with the help of Rigid Frame Inc., and I can't express enough how much theyve made the whole process easier.     Pezhman and Arvin, for your excellent work!

    We engaged an architect to develop plans for an extensive interior renovation and second-floor addition. However, after several months of delays, it became clear that the architect lacked the necessary experience and knowledge for a project of this scale. Through HomeStars, we discovered Rigid Frame Structural Engineers and Architects Inc., and were impressed by their outstanding reviews. We decided to engage Pezhman and Arvin to take over our project, which required significant revisions and corrections. Their quote was reasonable, and they successfully obtained our permit within the promised timeframe. Both Pezhman and Arvin are skilled architects and structural engineers, providing invaluable assistance throughout the permit and construction processes. Currently, their sister company, Rigid Frame Builders Inc., is managing our construction, and we are very pleased with the progress. We feel confident and satisfied with the direction of our project.     Back extension and reno

    Rigid Frame was able to complete our custom home extension and reno. They were able to deliver the project on time. I find them reliable and communicative. The end product was finished with high quality.

    They carefully went through our wish list and guided us step by step

    We discovered Rigid Frame through our neighbor, who hired them for the architectural drawings of their brand-new house. My husband and I, who have three kids, set aside savings for years to bring our imagination to life through a full house gut-down renovation. They carefully went through our wish list and guided us step by step, allowing us to save and maximize the value of our investment for both the design and construction stages. Throughout the process, we realized how time and cost-effective it is to collaborate with a company that provides all architectural, structural engineering, mechanical, and necessary permit drawings. Obtaining the permit from the city was hassle-free and prompt. While their pricing may not be the cheapest, every penny spent was entirely worth it. Currently, Rigid Frame Builders is working on the construction cost estimate for us, and we're hopeful to engage them as our general contractor. Thank you, Rigid Frame, for your outstanding service.
