After the big windstorm, my neighbors and I decided it was time to change the fences. As I have used Pratema’s company before, I knew she was reliable. Pratema gave us a good quote. Her crew did a good job and tirelessly made a fence that will last another 2 decades or more. Thanks for the good job.

Pratema and her crew did an excellent job of fixing our fence. They came on time, removed and disposed of the old fence and cleaned up after putting up the new fence. The new fence looks amazing. The crew worked carefully around the plants that were close to the fence. They were professional and very courteous.

Our fence was damaged in May 04, 2018 Wind Storm. we hired another contractor, who set up the posts and took money for material and never showed back. On July 05, 2018, I saw First Choice Fence crew working on next street, like their job and asked for quote to install fence on existing posts. I got the quote very same day and I requested for a quick fence construction as we waited for long time, and how we lost money got delayed by other contractor. And even though they had a very busy schedule, they accepted my request and fit my fence work job for weekend. And as promised the crew started working on July 07 and by July 08 my fence job was complete. And my fence looks outstanding. They are the people who keeps their word. Outstanding , fast and reliable service. I highly recommend First Choice fence.

We recently hired First Choice Fence to tear down, take away, and replace our existing 182 ft fence of 30+ yrs. Pratema (owner and coordinator) was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She returned any calls promptly and provided us with a start/end date (pending weather of course) and delivered on time. In fact, a one property job parlayed into 5 neighbours wishing to replace their fences as well. The workers obviously face challenges when having to work around existing gardens and my only suggestion would be to ensure that your existing plants are tied back or protected in some way to avoid any damage. This undertaking was something we were not looking forward to but now that it is complete, we are just loving our new privacy fence! Thanks so much Pratema! During the May 5th wind storm 2 sections on the east side of our fence were blown down... Contacted First Choice and once was able to give measurements they gave me a quote which was what was charged. They came May 12th to remove all the sections of the east side and were unclear when they could begin as they had to get clearance from the "dig" people before they could start. Pleasant surprise when on May 22, got a phone call asking if they could come and do the fence as they had the papers, the weather was iffy, and ours was a 1 day job. Arrived shortly after 9:30 a.m. and were finished around 4:30. Tried their best to clean up, but Etobicoke clay is incredibly hard to wash away. Job appears to be secure and looks good. West side post was reinforced with another post next to it and it now seems secure. Small issue of having a fence belonging to a neighbour behind us being attached, without our knowledge, to the south/east corner of our fence. That fence is also structurally at risk of falling so I requested First Choice unattach the neighbour's fence. They were a little reluctant as it would destabilize the fence further, but upon discussion with my next door neighbour it was decided to have an addition post put on his side of the fence to which the old fence would be attached and the screws, etc, holding the fence to our post removed. It was an excellent solution as we were unable to contact the neighbour whose fence it was. Many thanks to Pratema and her people. Plant destruction was minimal and the job done well.

Well done. On time as predicted. Cost was fair and reasonable. They cleaned up after the project. Happy to recommend.

Friendly, courteous, efficient and professional. First Choice Fence showed up when they said they would and left the yard clean after the job was completed. Very pleased with their work and the fence looks great!
