We are so incredibly happy with our backyard project and our experience with Pro-Loc! From the very beginning, Paul was amazing to deal with, and we also had the pleasure of working with his business partner, Alex. What stood out most was how honest and true to their word they were. They honoured everything in our contract, followed through on every promise, and exceeded our expectations. They were never pushy, their pricing was very reasonable, and the entire process was smooth and professional. The entire team was friendly, hardworking, and respectful. They completed the work in an incredibly short amount of time, cleaned up afterwards, and took the time to walk us through the work they had completed. We absolutely love our backyard and would recommend Pro-Loc to anyone without hesitation — seriously, don’t even question it! From start to finish these guys did a fantastic job completely transforming my backyard to our vision. Paul is excellent project manager who gave me invaluable advice on the plan.
