Got quotes from a few companies, but Paul and Pro-Loc stood out from the rest. His thoroughness and attention to detail at the time of the first site visit sold me on using them. At the time of install, Alex and his team were both courteous and professional. I had a few minor requests from them, which they were more than happy to accommodate for. The work was clean, concise and exactly what I envisioned it would be. They will definitely be getting a call from me next year to finish the front. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Pro Loc is exceptional, full stop. Always on time, professional, and just top-notch work. Impressive customer service - super responsive, friendly, informative, thoughtful and proactive. Provides great advice and options. The crew was a well-oiled organized machine and work was done quickly, without compromising on quality. What can I say about Pro Loc in less than 15 words? Team players, hard working, professional, respectful, disciplined, knowledgeable, friendly, organized, punctual, communicative, great workmanship. July 4th, 5th and 6th were the hottest and most humid days this year (30, 31 and 30 degrees Celsius resp.) These were the days that the Pro loc team laid our backyard pavers. Pro Loc is a well-oiled machine. These guys are no amateurs, they come with the knowledge, the right equipment and the desire to get the job done properly. Eight Pro Loc folks excavated our backyard, replaced the soil with the base for the pavers, tamped the base, built several retaining walls, laid the pavers, filled the joints with polymeric sand and cleaned up in 3 long hot days.. as promised. Dealing with any of the partners, Paul, Alex or Bill or any of the team members was a pleasure. As the project was advancing communications were always open as how to make any possible improvements on the fly. Our neighbours on either side of us and across the street made a point of commenting on how efficient the Pro Loc team was. Several of which had similar work done and their contractors took 2-3 weeks to complete the work, not 3 days. I would highly recommend Pro Loc for any landscaping project. Just contact Paul and hell assess your situation, give you a diagram of the completed job and provide a written quote. Did I mention our backyard is now beautiful! Very happy.

Paul, Alex, Bill and all crew did a fantastic job! this is my 2nd time working with them.. they are so professional, easy to talk to, friendly, and super efficient.. they have all equipment to complete big job within 2 days... i am completely satisfied with their work.. you can tell the quality of their work by comparing mine with my neighbor's haha..

I found this company in Homestars and got a quote to install a new walkway and steps for our front yard. Paul is super friendly and very knowledgeable and I trusted his opinion on design for our walkway. The crew arrived and completed the job with professionalism and were very nice too. They did an amazing job and both my wife and I could not be more happy with the work. I would recommend this company to my friends and neighbors. Weve received lots of compliments from our neighbors. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANY OUTDOOR RENOVATION. I hired Pro-Loc to renovate the front of my house. Before the renovations, my house had absolutely no curb appeal and was a total mess. Pro-Loc did a complete renovation of my front property and I couldn't be more happier. My house now has the curb appeal I wanted and it's the best looking property on the street. Pro-Loc was professional, responsive, transparent, clean, timely, and the quality of work was top notch! I would recommend Pro-Loc to anyone.

Alex led on-site team. Work was done quickly and efficiently as agreed. Team was polite and cleaned property well before leaving. Gas professional recommended for firepit great also. The walkway and patio are nicely sloped away from property as requested.

Our backyard went from drab to fab! Thank you so much Pro Loc team! We had our entire backyard redone with a 2-tiered stone patio and planting in July 2022. From the initial quote to the end product, we felt that we had personalized service by Paul and the rest of the team. They were booking late in the season so we ended up contacting Paul again the following spring. Paul spent a lot of time with us figuring out the design for our backyard. He had a lot of amazing ideas and we never felt that he tried to upsell us; in fact, it was the complete opposite. He made some cost-saving suggestions and we were able to create a great design. He has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to stone and plants as well as how to deal with our drainage problem due to the slope in the backyard. He arranged the excavation, stone delivery and installation which took approximately 3 days. The installation team was also amazing! At all times, there was a partner on-site who worked with the other installers and oversaw the project. On site, there was a design detail that needed to be changed with the border. Billy made sure to discuss different solutions with us before they continued the work. All the guys on the team were professional landscapers with a lot of experience working with stone and meticulous with the installation of every stone. Pro Loc also did the planting in the backyard. Paul went to the nursery and hand-picked our cedars and other plants. Alex and the rest of the team delivered all the plants and planted them. The used high quality soil and black mulch. After the installation, we felt that we needed one more bushes/trees and Paul made arrangements to come back and planted one more. The plants have survived the winter and we are looking forward to the others blooming. Overall, we cannot recommend Pro Loc highly enough! From start to finish they were professional, knowledge, approachable and always willing to problem solve and work with us. We cant wait to have them back again when we renovate our front yard!

We had great experience with Paul and his team from Pro-Loc. They did an amazing job with our backyard in 2021 and took care of my rose plants. This quality of job encouraged us to bring them back in 2022 for our alleyway and front yard along with our neighbors. The work was very professionally done and completed within 2 days as promised. The team knew exactly what they need to do without any confusion. I was very impressed by their professionalism. I would highly recommend Pro-Loc. Thank you Paul for an amazing job. Searching for contractors for your backyard projects can be stressful. Lots of companies to choose from, thankfully we were lucky to have chosen Pro-Loc Interlocking and Landscape Design. Professional, Efficient and trustworthy, that is how I will describe Paul, Alex, Bill and their team. Paul was thorough, knowledgeable and provided reasonable quote and recommendations for great designs. Installation team led by Alex and Bill and their whole crew are all incredible and hardworking, friendly and courteous. My backyard looks amazing with our new patio! We are so happy with the outcome. We will definitely hire Pro-Loc again for our next project and will highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.
