Pro Loc Interlocking And Landscape Design reviews (218)

Quality and very professional job. You can see the years of experience in the work they do and well everyone is organized. The estimator was the only one of 4 quotes I sought that ran level lines to check the grade if yard and explained how it would all line up...vs. take the dimensions the others. Very pleased with work and estimator and the onsite supervisor had great suggestions. I would call them for a quote if I was in the market for patio or landscape work. Pictures are the patio before and after as well as sidewalk.

What a great company. Paul from Pro-Loc came by our home and provided us with many choices for stones and design options. He also explained the installation process very clearly. There was no pressure, and he was very responsive to follow-up questions after our initial meeting. Paul also dropped off sample stones for us to compare against the bricks on our house. His team was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. I was impressed with how well they worked together. The project was finished on time and it looks GREAT. We're very impressed and happy with the quality of work and the entire experience. I highly recommend Pro-Loc Interlocking And Landscape Design for your home improvement and repair projects.

Pro Loc Interlocking did a beautiful and professional job installing interlocking on our driveway, front porch, walkway and backyard. They are a large team so they got the job done in 6 days! Paul was great to work with, he was very professional, knowlegeable and offered us a competitve price. He was very responsive to my texts and questions even after the job was complete. His team was also very skillful, effecient and did a wonderful job with the installation.

The Pro Loc team worked incredibly well together to deliver exceptional quality. Overly communicative, on-time, on budget. Would certainly recommend them and will be using them again for our next project. Thanks guys.

Paul and his team were fantastic. They replaced ou old asphalt driveway with a beautiful stone driveway in one day as promised. Excellent workmanship and left a very tidy site upon completion.

As an architect and manager who oversees groups of architects and contractors regularly, I must say that the residential construction sector is not always known for its professionalism and reliability. However, my recent experience with Pro Loc left me thoroughly impressed. Pro Loc not only met but exceeded my expectations. They were willing to collaborate closely with customers, providing valuable recommendations for improvement. Their willingness to work together to refine the design was greatly appreciated. They delivered the project on time and within the agreed-upon budget. Pro Loc presented themselves like a well-organized and disciplined team. They arrived at the site with company uniforms, well-equipped vehicles, and the necessary tools. This level of professionalism immediately instilled confidence in their capabilities. Despite the absence of detailed drawings, the way they handled the foundation construction reassured me that they were highly skilled and required no supervision. Their ability to tackle the complexities of my design, particularly due to grading changes, was truly commendable. Pro Loc's commitment to meeting the schedule was evident when they worked through adverse weather condition. This dedication ensured that the project stayed on track. They showed great patience in dealing with our neighbors, who occasionally provided unnecessary complaints and directions. Their professionalism in handling these situations was impressive. Pro Loc didn't just finish the project; they also took care of the final cleanup. This attention to detail added to the overall positive experience. I received numerous compliments on the completed project, a testament to Pro Loc's excellent work. I wholeheartedly recommend Pro Loc to others in need of their services. Their commitment to customer collaboration, professionalism, expertise, and dedication to timelines is truly exceptional. Alex and his team at Pro Loc have turned my design vision into reality, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

Got quotes from a few companies, but Paul and Pro-Loc stood out from the rest. His thoroughness and attention to detail at the time of the first site visit sold me on using them. At the time of install, Alex and his team were both courteous and professional. I had a few minor requests from them, which they were more than happy to accommodate for. The work was clean, concise and exactly what I envisioned it would be. They will definitely be getting a call from me next year to finish the front. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Pro Loc is exceptional, full stop. Always on time, professional, and just top-notch work. Impressive customer service - super responsive, friendly, informative, thoughtful and proactive. Provides great advice and options. The crew was a well-oiled organized machine and work was done quickly, without compromising on quality. Pro Loc is our go-to company for interlocking - cant be beat!

What can I say about Pro Loc in less than 15 words? Team players, hard working, professional, respectful, disciplined, knowledgeable, friendly, organized, punctual, communicative, great workmanship. July 4th, 5th and 6th were the hottest and most humid days this year (30, 31 and 30 degrees Celsius resp.) These were the days that the Pro loc team laid our backyard pavers. Pro Loc is a well-oiled machine. These guys are no amateurs, they come with the knowledge, the right equipment and the desire to get the job done properly. Eight Pro Loc folks excavated our backyard, replaced the soil with the base for the pavers, tamped the base, built several retaining walls, laid the pavers, filled the joints with polymeric sand and cleaned up in 3 long hot days.. as promised. Dealing with any of the partners, Paul, Alex or Bill or any of the team members was a pleasure. As the project was advancing communications were always open as how to make any possible improvements on the fly. Our neighbours on either side of us and across the street made a point of commenting on how efficient the Pro Loc team was. Several of which had similar work done and their contractors took 2-3 weeks to complete the work, not 3 days. I would highly recommend Pro Loc for any landscaping project. Just contact Paul and hell assess your situation, give you a diagram of the completed job and provide a written quote. Did I mention our backyard is now beautiful! Very happy.

Paul, Alex, Bill and all crew did a fantastic job! this is my 2nd time working with them.. they are so professional, easy to talk to, friendly, and super efficient.. they have all equipment to complete big job within 2 days... i am completely satisfied with their work.. you can tell the quality of their work by comparing mine with my neighbor's haha..
