Finally, the time to improve the backyard came up. We decided to go for a small interlocking patio. After meeting several companies, we decided to go with Pro-loc. Other companies tried to low ball the cost of the project, but I knew it would end up being more at the end. And others never returned the call or said the project was too small and not worth it for them. Paul, the contact man, responded promptly and set up a meeting few days after. I could tell he has been doing this for a while and his experience showed right away. He was very supportive of my ideas and recommended and adjusted some details that I could not have thought of. The date was set and the crew showed up as promised and on time. The crew was very diligent and hard working. The whole project was done in less than a day and half. The project turned out great and exceeded our expectations. Every neighbour who came to see the project made the same comment : " the guys who did this are real professionals. " I would definitely recommend Pro-loc and will definitely use them again. The project turned out great and exceeded our expections. This review is for all the people like me who use HomeStars to get information about a company before deciding to use them. I used Luca Landscaping to do my backyard patio (over 1000sqft) and all I can say is FANTASTIC. The work was done PROPERLY and PROFESSIONALLY from start to finish. Rob is truly a master when it comes to stone work and his experience shows in his work, Paul helps get your dreams to reality. The crew faced some unforeseen obstacles (buried tree stump )and yet managed to complete the job to my complete satisfaction.....I would recommend Luca Landscaping to anybody who wants to get the job done right the first time and I will definitely use them again in the future . Home owner happiness was truly their main concern . Their price was not the cheapest but the quality of work they do justifies the price, I do believe in the saying “You get what you pay for”.The job was done with precision and no aspect of the job was overlooked .GREAT JOB!!!!

We had a great experience working with Pro-Loc for the backyard patio and walkway we recently had installed. Paul came out several times during the sales process to answer our questions and offer some great suggestions. Once we had decided to move forward they completed the work to the promised schedule and budget. We're very happy with the finished product and would gladly use Pro-Loc again in the future.

Paul and his team from Pro-Loc did a fabulous job installing our backyard patio. Paul was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. During our initial consultation, he listened to my needs, offered several suggestions that were in line with my budget, and was able to give us a patio that was above our expectations. His team that did the installation was quick, efficient, and thoroughly cleaned up after the job was done. Nothing left behind. On top of that, Paul was able to MOVE UP our installation date by almost 2 weeks. Now we get to enjoy our patio even sooner that expected! Totally satisfied with the whole experience and end product - wouldn't hesitate to use Paul and his team again on any future projects!

110% plus. Very happy with finished project done 2 years ago. Love, love, love the improvement to my home and received many compliments. I am a perfectionist and this company exceeded my expectations! They offer 24 months guarantee and they truly stand behind it. Some movement occurred (blame mother nature) to the steps so Bill & Terry came out and fixed it right. They even went above and beyond by noticing and fixing some other minor issues. I was blown away. Thank you Pro-Loc especially Bill & Terry for caring and as always doing a superb job.

Excellent job---Paul came and quoted the job gave ideas, but the best is his picture book of previous work, expertise and professionalism sold me. We booked a date and because of weather he was always calling to keep me updated, I appreciated this. His team showed up and wow do they work fast and efficient. Great team of guys and hard workers. I waited to write this review as I wanted to see how it held up over the winter, and it held up great. The only beef I had is there is always extra stone ordered, which I have no problem with, however leave a couple of each size with the customer just in case of oil leaks or damage, and an oil leak happened in the first week. I would highly recommend and will be using them again for the back yard.

Paul from ProLoc came and gave estimate and suggested various ideas and stones for my family to review. No Pressure, but followed up to ensure we had all details needed to make the decision. After getting many quotes we decided to go with Paul, Alex and his team mainly because the comfort they gave us. Their quote was also reasonable (not low, not high, in the middle). On the agreed upon date the whole team came and did the full driveway and steps in one day as specified. My neighbours were amazed at the speed and the quality of work. After 2 months of installation some of the side stones were falling away. On one call Paul came with his team and fixed it right away. It is almost a year now, whole winter has passed and the quality of work shows as there has been no problem. I waited for a year to write this review because I wanted to see how the stones and workmanship stand the winter. No Problem and without any hesitation I would recommend the ProLoc team. By the way I needed some stones cut for the cabana floor and the gang helped us out without any hesitation. They also left extra stones in case it is needed later on.
